It was on the
22nd October 2005 when
Dynamic Syndications First Runner purchased earlier that year at the yearling sales, faced the starter on debut and returned a winner, when
UP’N’DOING won a 2YO Race at Rosehill.
UP'N'DOING - Our First Dynamic Winner
On
Friday 16 April 2021,
Dynamic Syndication registered a
fantastic personal milestone, when we
achieved our 250th INDIVIDUAL WINNER from 273 INDIVIDUAL RUNNERS (91.6% Winners:Runners)
These
250 Individual Winners have now won a combined total of
705 Races and this
WIN Recorded
Dynamic Syndications 51st RACE WIN for this
2020-21 Racing Season.
Our
250th WIN came courtesy of
Dynamic Syndications highly promising
European Import, SAINT OF KATOWICE (IRE) - a 4yo Bay Gelding (by ELZAAM from SILESIAN (IRE)) trained by the
Ciaron Maher and David Eustace.
That's 250 ! as SAINT OF KATOWICE wins by 4 lengths
The stable took our gelding to Swan Hill for a
“confidence boost” first-up from a short spell, to contest
Race 2, the bet365 Top Tote Plus Maiden Plate over 1200m where our highly promising Dynamic galloper was sent to the barriers as a $1.55 favourite and raced accordingly to blitz his peers in a 4 length romp, to record his first career win in dominant fashion.
SAINT OF KATOWICE after we purchased him
A
50,000 Guineas purchase through the
Tattersalls UK Horses-In-Training Sale in October 2019,
SAINT OF KATOWICE (IRE) was facing the starter for ninth time overall but just the third time in Australia, and he was first-up here after a short spell.
At his first start in Australia, we took him to Wyong and he got pipped at the post, before starting well in the market at Canterbury at his second start, but on rain affected ground he didn’t fire and pulled up with a slight leg injury.
A quick re-think, resulted in
Team Dynamic sending the horse to Melbourne to be raced there, in an attempt to find a good racing surface.
At the 50m
Armchair ride
This was achieved and
SAINT OF KATOWICE (IRE) went around over the 1200m, recording a stroll in the park but still running
1:11.11 for the 1200m trip.
In a small field,
leading Melbourne based rider John Allen who rides for the Maher / Eustace Stables and who is full of confidence off the back of winning the Gr1 ATC Derby at Randwick for Maher and Eustace on Explosive Jack the previous Saturday, gave
SAINT OF KATOWICE a gun run, when he was able to slot into the one out / one back spot after the field had run its first 100m, and sat in this position until easing out 3 wide, as the field swung into the straight.
With a lap full of horse as would be expected from a
$1.55 favourite, the
Dynamic Duo waited until the 250m mark to give chase and within 50m, he advanced to eyeball the leaders as they past the final furlong pole.
Saint Of Katowice returning to scale
Then the
“go button” was pushed, and
SAINT OF KATOWICE (IRE) responded brilliantly and put the race to bed, when he opened up a 4 length leader passing the 100m mark allowing our rider to sit-up and coast to the post in an effortless manner and picked-up
$12,650 for not much more than trackwork.
John Allen salutes upon return
SAINT OF KATOWICE (IRE) carrying 59.5kgs defeated Elle Of A Breeze (57.5kgs) by
4 lengths with Yuan Fen (59.5kgs) finishing 4.2 lengths from our galloper in third spot.
SAINT OF KATOWICE (IRE) has taken his race career to
9 Starts = 1 Win, 5 Seconds, 2 Thirds.
Whilst in Australia, he has started
3 occasions: 1 Win, 1 Second.
This is yet another successful UK Import that Dynamic Syndications have identified and purchased well under the odds and has come to Australia and won.

It’s also
extremely satisfying to our
