Following on from our own story on Friday headlined “Excellent “MAIL” Coming Through on our Flashy Magic Millions Colt”, Coolmore Stud shuttle stallion Excelebration (IRE) was in the news in the UK on Saturday when his very promising colt Barney Roy captured the Gr3 Greenham Stakes at Newbury. Also on Saturday in South Africa was a two year-old colt by Excelebration (IRE) named Phelan Lucky. He won by a half-length over 1400 metres.

When that mare is doing a top job as a broodmare with 4 winners and 1 placegetter from 6 runners - that’s a Big Tick.
