A Big “THANKS” to the Syndication Team at Racing NSW for their massive workload over the past 3 days, reviewing and approving all documents lodged for promotions of yearlings purchased at the Magic Millions Yearlings Sales.
Dynamic Syndications were active buying 12 yearlings at the sales – 8 fillies and 4 colts.
Dynamic Syndications was the leading syndications company on lots purchased, signing for the 12 yearlings.
Overall, syndication companies are recorded as having taken home
114 of the 865 yearlings sold.
Dynamic Syndications working closely with our veterinarian Dr. Tim Roberts certainly picked the eye’s out of what was available.
After physical inspections, we brought the catalogue down to
115 lots to have their x-rays read.
These x-ray inspections reduced our numbers by
24 lots that our veterinarian could not pass.
This left us with
91 lots available to bid upon.
When the dust settled we had 12 of these lots and by doing our homework, we were able to secure some magical types that we can proudly pass onto our owners.

How is the Share Price Calculated ?
It is not as simple as dividing the cost of the horse at Fall of Hammer (
if only it was that simple!)
The Share Price for each promotion includes:
Fall Of Hammer Sale Price
Dynamic Syndications Margin on Promotion is 12.5% on the Fall Of Hammer Sale Price (*one-off)
Insurance at the Fully Syndicated Value commencing at Fall Of Hammer to 1st November (*one-off)
Entry Fees Paid into the $11 million Magic Millions Race Series incurred at Fall Of Hammer (*one-off)
Entry Fees Paid into Golden Slipper / Golden Rose + Blue Diamond / Blue Sapphire (*one-off)
Entry Fees paid where applicable to State Based Racing Schemes e.g. BOBS, VOBIS, etc. (*one-off)
Veterinary Expenses incurred at the sale: Physical Inspections, X-rays, Endoscopic Evaluation & Blood Screening Tests; pro-rata across all horses purchased (*one-off)
Transport from the Magic Millions Yearling Sale Complex to our Agistment Farm in NSW (*one-off)
Then …… All Horse Husbandry costs out to 30 June which include:
Breaking-in Fees
2 x Sessions in work with your Pre-Trainer out to 30/6
Agistment
Various: Transport, Standard Veterinary, Farrier, Dentist costs to 30/6
Statutory Registration Fees with Racing NSW to register the horse (*one-off)
Miscellaneous holding costs, etc., etc., etc.
Then …….. Add in the Government’s
10% GST on the Share Sale Price (*one-off)
And that’s how the Share Price is Calculated !
Full Transparency: A detailed schedule of every cost incurred in the establishment of the Share Price from Fall of Hammer to 30 June is included as an annexure to the Product Disclosure Statement for each promotion.
Ongoing Costs from 1 July 2017: Ongoing costs after 30 June, we advise owners to budget an average of $8.20 per day per 5% Share over 12 months ($3,000 per annum / $250 per month) which we estimate should cover most / all cost.
All accounts are sent monthly in arrears directly to each owner and are due and payable within 30 days.
All prizemoney won is paid directly by the Racing Authority in Each State to the individual owners bank account details supplied by the owner at registration of the horse.
