It’s hard to believe that it’s the 10th Anniversary since Dean Watt of Dynamic Syndications proudly held aloft the Golden Slipper trophy won by his mighty filly POLAR SUCCESS who won the Slipper with Danny Beasley in the saddle.
Where has that time gone !
POLAR SUCCESS has the honour of being the first Publicly Syndicated racehorse to win the World’s Richest 2yo Race.
Since then there has been another syndicated horse win the big race being SEBRING.
This year there are 4 syndicated horses in the Slipper and we wish the connections of those runners all the best in this year’s event.
Most Importantly, we wish Tommy Berry and OVERREACH the best of luck as we have a very close relation to her !
Simply there is not a better time of year that Autumn in Sydney if you’re a Racing Enthusiast.
No matter what, it always rains in Sydney at Easter when the cream of the crop of racing flesh steps out for competition.
Add in the theater of the Yearling Sales and the fortunes won on the track, any red blooded racing fan are in their element.
Whilst the Golden Slipper is the headline act, the support card is truly amazing.
All up there are 5 Gr1 events,
Golden Slipper
The BMW
Vinery Stud Stakes
Queen Of The Turf
George Ryder
1 Gr2
Tulloch Stakes
3 Gr3 races on the 9 race programme.
Neville Selwood
Sebring Stakes
The Schweppervesence
We wish owners, trainers, jockeys and punters alike the very best for a magical Saturday at the track.
