4 Starts: 2 wins, 1 second and1 fifth and $209,750 Prizemoney.
Saturday’s result was one that dreams are made of.
In winning the INGLIS – FIND YOU NEXT RACEHORSE HANDICAP – A Bm 71 for 3yo’s over 1500m, this race attracted an additional $100,000 Bonus Prizemoney Cheque if the winner was a paid up graduate of the Inglis Race Series. Along with the $48,750 + a $20,000 BOBS Bonus, the first prize cheque was a staggering $168,750.
If our owners elect to take the BOBS Double-Up Vouchers instead of the cash, the value of the win jumps to $184,750.
To put that into perspective, When Atomic Force won the Gr1 Galaxy the first prizecheque was just $200,000. So the value of this race was the equivalent to winning a Gr2 event.
