Over the first 3 months of the New Racing Season, we have already clocked-up 20 Race Wins including 3 Stakes Wins as I AM ME claimed both The CONCORDE Gr3 (1000m) then The SHORTS Gr2 (1100m).

Whilst our highly progressive 3yo colt SAINT EMILION produced a stunning win over 2200m in the GEELONG CLASSIC Listed Race.

Both I Am Me and Saint Emilion are among our team of horses trained by CIARON MAHER Racing who as you are aware have gone back-to-back in the Australian and Victorian Trainers Premierships in the past two seasons and firmly entrenched in the top 3 stables in NSW.

Recently we Sold Out of our horses we had purchased for CIARON MAHER Racing team to train.

We have Sold Out in our THE AUTUMN SUN x GRAVITY ZERO Colt being trained by JASON DEAMER.

Also, we Sold Out of our recent tried racehorse NOVEMBER AIR trained by Annabel Neasham & Rob Archibald.

She is by exciting First Crop Sire OLE KIRK - a son of
Written Tycoon ex Naturale (the Dam Naturale is the
Full-Sister to BLACK CAVIAR).

OLE KIRK was Champion Australian 3YO in 2020-21 and is Off to a Flyer as a Leading First Crop Sire having sired KING KIRK to win the Breeders Plate Gr3 and O’ OLE to be runner-up in the Gimcrack Gr3.

Our 2YO Filly is from the mare MISS SHAMROCK. She was unraced.

She has produced 5 winners inc dual SP - AMEROCK.

MISS SHAMROCK is a daughter of super sire ZABEEL from Gr1 Oaks Winner - IRISH DARLING.

What OUR Dynamic Owners Need to Know about this Private Promotion:

Dean Watt, Managing Director of Dynamic Syndications bred this filly through a standalone trading company and has subsequently transferred the filly to Dynamic Syndications.

Team Dynamic were bullish on the sire OLE KIRK and when we saw MISS SHAMROCK going through the sales in Melbourne in foal to OLE KIRK, we purchased the mare and sent her to Gooree Park where she foaled down the filly.

We also wanted to buy an OLE KIRK at the yearling sales this year but the ones we wanted we couldn’t afford.

The plan was always, if Dean wasn’t happy with the foal he had bred, then he would sell the filly as a weanling or later as a yearling.

Alternatively, if he liked what he bred, we would retain her to race.

Our Filly - 19/9/24

The filly is a fabulous type and has broken-in exceptionally well.

Bred to be a 1600m to 2400m style of racehorse we can see she could easily develop into our Oaks Filly in 2025-26.

After recent discussions around our boardroom table, and being Sold Out of all horses with Ciaron Maher, Annabel Neasham & Rob Archibald, Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott, Richard & Will Freedman and Jason Deamer to conclude the 2024 year, and not having any horses available until after the Magic Millions in February 2025, we have chosen to offer a few shares to our Dynamic Owners.

Therefore, we invite our Dynamic owners to consider joining us in co-ownership to own and race this Filly.

Naturally, we have met ongoing AFS License compliance requirements, created a necessary PDS and Owners Deed and then register the promotion with Racing NSW and created a website.

Because the filly was ours, we have had a close eye on all the costs incurred, and we also have been across the breaking-in and early education training information flow from Shane Rose.

The feedback has been phenomenal, and we have rightly got the “warm and fuzzies” about the filly.

Then with OLE KIRK proving our judgement correct by siring a Stakes Winner and Stakes Placegetter with his first two runners, typical of all market trends, his progeny now are in demand.

And there is nobody better equipped in Australia to train our filly than CIARON MAHER RACING.
