Chris Waller has enjoyed a brilliant afternoon at Canterbury training three winners in only a seven race card.
The recent run of bad weather certainly didn’t worry Chris and his team as they were able to combat the very wet track with some powerful performances which lead him to the winners circle.
Chris Waller trained another 3 winner at Canterbury on Wednesday
The three winners yesterday takes Chris’ tally to 104.5
metropolitan winners for the season, 9.5 wins ahead of his nearest rival in the Sydney training premiership.
His good day started in the fourth race of the day when Glyn Schofield was able to get New Zealand born gelding, Hydropower, first past the post in a strong and tough performance.
Chris and Glyn made it a race to race double when More More More overpowered his rivals and defied what seemed to be an on pace bias when running on from near the tail of the field.
Finally in the last race, the Redoute’s Choice gelding, Ridotto, was brilliantly rated by Hugh Bowman, leading virtually all the way to give Chris three for the day.
Chris has continued to train winners all over the country this year
It was only a short margin away from Chris winning the last four races on the card with another one of his horses, Titbit, finishing a close up second in the sixth race.
Chris also had a runner in the first race, namely Homedge who ran third, however he was beaten by another Dynamic trainer in Gerald Ryan, who trained the winner in Lisa Lost It.
At Dynamic, we only engage the best trainers with the best records to train our horses as we give our clients every chance at racetrack success.
We have a number of horses that will be in the care of both Chris and Gerald in our current crop of yearlings including the
Fastnet Rock/Jewel of the Nile filly to be trained by Gerald Ryan which is currently syndicating.
Chris is due to train our Encosta De Lago/Miss Helga filly which is a full sister to the outstanding Gr1 Hong Kong Champion, Liberator, who continues to improve and get better with every start.
This horse, among others to be trained by Chris, will be up for syndication shortly and are not to be missed out on.
