The harder you work the luckier you become. Whilst
Dynamic Syndications Managing Director DEAN WATT has been a Bloodstock Agent and Syndicator for over 35 years, the syndication arm of his thoroughbred consultancy
DYNAMIC SYNDICATIONS was established in November of 2004.
Dynamic Syndications was originally formed in partnership with Bruce Reid.
Dean Watt & Bruce Reid - January 2005
Bruce became a client of Dean’s in 2003, attracted by the success
Dean achieved syndicating the first Publicly Syndicated GOLDEN SLIPPER (Gr1) Winner - POLAR SUCCESS.
Polar Success
The pair achieved success in 2004 with
ECONSUL winning the
WIDDEN STAKES (LR) and CAULFIELD GUINEAS (Gr1)
Econsul
along with wins by
SAVABEEL in the
COX PLATE (Gr1) and the SPRING CHAMPION STAKES (Gr1).
Savabeel
Success would continue with horses selected by Dean, for Bruce to own and race, including winning the
2005 MAGIC MILLIONS together with
BRADBURY’S LUCK.
Bradbury's Luck
The 2005 Magic Millions yearling sales were the first that the new venture
“DYNAMIC SYNDICATIONS” would purchase yearlings from. Amongst those yearlings from that first crop would come dual Gr1 winning cult hero
HE’S NO PIE EATER.
He's No Pie Eater
Sadly just a few months later in March 2005, Bruce passed away suddenly from a post-operative infection.
Together we had purchased equity in
DE BEERS as a yearling, who went on to win the
2006 ROSEHILL GUINEAS (Gr1) and in 2007,
De Beers
a colt we had purchased as a yearling at the Magic Millions by CANNY LAD x LADIES DAY that was named after one of Bruce’s favourite sayings,
HE’S NO PIE EATER ( a reference to being considered well above average) would win the
CHIPPING NORTON (Gr1) and ROSEHILL GUINEAS (Gr1).
These were only some of the many horses Bruce and Dean raced with success.
Since 2004 Dynamic Syndications has gone ahead in leaps and bounds to become Australia’s highest profiled Leading Syndication Company.
Dynamic Syndications could not have begun their racing career any better. Our first runner was a 2yo Filly named
UP‘N’DOING (by Jetball x Bektris) purchased from the Inglis Classic yearling sale and she won on debut at Rosehill on Saturday 22nd October 2005.
Up'n'Doing
UP‘N’DOING followed that win with another win at Randwick on the 5th November 2005.
Back then, before the introduction of corporate racing silks for syndication companies, we raced under the colours of Black & White Checks, Blue Sleeves, Black & White Checked Cap which were the registered colours of Bruce Reid. Out of respect to Bruce, we retained his colours. Then with the introduction of corporate colours we returned Bruce’s colours to his family.
Since the 22nd October 2005, on Saturday 14 October we recorded our 500 win milestone.
Just 8 days shy of 12 years have lapsed and
Dynamic Syndications has become an instantly recognisable industry leading brand to all industry participants and racing enthusiasts.
From annual audited figures, our success has been phenomenal.
Dynamic Syndications selected yearlings and racehorses have now won 500 races – an average of 41.7 winners per year!
These 500 wins have earned prizemoney of over $13.9 million.
In 4,372 days our horses have won 500 Races.

As it transpired, it was

D'Amore D'Merrier
As fluid as our industry is,
just 30 minutes later we recorded our 501st Race win after PLEASANTRIES made it 2 wins from 2 starts when she won Race 2 at Kembla Grange.
Pleasantries
Whilst we are exceptionally proud of our resume of success, one vital component remains constant.
We could not have achieved what we have without all our owners.
Over this 12 year period Dynamic Syndications have offered our service to well over 2,000 owners, the majority of these were joining racehorse ownership for the first time and proudly many are still active owners with Dynamic Syndications today.
After all, our role within the industry is to supply quality racehorses for our owners to enjoy.
On behalf of the Team that is Dynamic Syndications: Dean, Adam, Richard, Fiona, Peter, Amanda and Rachel, we sincerely thank every owner over this 12 years for their support and we look forward to our next 500 visits to the Winner’s Circle.
