Dynamic Syndications achieved our goal to buy a Filly we highly desired on Day 1 of the Inglis Melbourne Premier Sale, when paying $180,000 + GST to secure Lot 144, a sensational SAVABEEL Filly from FRANKLY - a 4-time winning daughter of top broodmare sire PINS.
Lot 144 SAVABEEL x FRANKLY (NZ) (by Pins)
The filly is a fantastic looking individual that
passed a full veterinary inspection including heart auscultation, x-rays and endoscopic evaluation and was given the highest rating score by our
veterinarian Dr. Tim Roberts.
Bred to be a CLASSICS Contender, to aim at Guineas and Oaks, then Cups and a Plate, this filly is bred on the MOST SUCCESSFUL breeding cross for multiple times Champion Sire SAVABEEL.
Our Filly is by the Champion Sire and directly descends from a brilliant black-type female pedigree.
Her Dam was a high-quality racehorse, winning 4 races and weighing-in on 17 of her 18 career starts.
Her 2nd Dam is the Winning Full-Sister to a Champion Racehorse and Champion Sire.
Her 3rd Dam was a Champion Race Filly
Her 4th Dam Was a Champion Race Filly.
Importantly, she is
free of Danehill bloodlines, ensuring significant demand as a breeding prospect upon eventual racetrack retirement.
Before the sale had commenced, we identified
this filly by SAVABEEL as “the one” - the only filly we wanted to buy in the whole catalogue and the only filly we believed that could
“value add” to an already brilliant team of yearlings we have selected from the various yearling sales so far in 2018.
Pleasantly,
we still had ammunition to fire when the hammer fell on our bid of $180,000 + GST.
We are truly thrilled to have this fabulous filly joining our team. In what was a bidding battle, the filly was knocked down to Dynamic Syndications.
SAVABEEL needs no introduction to followers of Dynamic Syndications.
Our Managing Director Dean Watt syndicated SAVABEEL as a yearling to see him go on and win over $2.7 million and claim the COX PLATE Gr1 and SPRING CHAMPION STAKES Gr1. SAVABEEL also ran second in the VRC Derby Gr1, CF Orr Stakes Gr1 and Gloaming Stakes Gr2 and ran third in the Champagne Stakes Gr1.
It was just a couple of years ago that we purchased another SAVABEEL yearling from Waikato Stud, out of a mare named SWAROVSKI (also by PINS) – she races for Dynamic Syndications owners from Gai and Adrian’s stables. Named SAVAPINSKI – she was the Winner of the VRC Matriarch Stakes, Gr2 2000m at Flemington over the Melbourne Spring Carnival.

Also totally free of Danehill blood, after her stakes success, she now has a market value upon racetrack retirement of at least
$1 million.
SAVABEEL is a self-made superstar in NZ and Australia, shooting the lights out when it comes to producing sensational Black-Type Winners.
SAVABEEL is the only trusted and true source of middle-distance progeny available in the Southern Hemisphere. It’s this middle-distance blood that we simply don’t produce enough of in Australia and
SAVABEEL is a champion stallion because his progeny (like him) excel at this distance range.
The SAVABEEL x PINS cross is the most successful mating nick for New Zealand’s Champion Sire.
There have been
54 Runners on this cross:
38 Winners (70%) and
9 Stakes Winners (17%)
From these 38 Winners there have been
13 Stakes Horses produced (
9 SW & 4 SP)
That is an exceptional

SAVABEEL has already had a wonderful stud career, already

In Australia, SAVABEEL has sired 360 starters: 246 Winners (68%) and 31 Stakes Winners of 47 Stakes Race wins.
Our latest Filly to join our Dynamic Stables is bred to perfection – both commercially and genetically.
She is just the second foal of the very talented and
top class racemare FRANKLY (NZ) (by Pins) who raced on
18 occasions: 4 wins, 5 seconds, 4 thirds, 2 fourths, 2 fifths winning from 1350m to 1600m.
FRANKLY is a Full-Sister to talented Stakes Winner KEANO (6 wins), a half-sister to dual Gr3 Placed filly BE DELICIOUS and a half-sister to Aroon (Dam of Gr3 Winner and Gr2 placed TAKE THE RAP).
FRANKLY is a daughter of O’REALLY (by Centaine). A winner and runner-up in just 3 racetrack starts.
O’REALLY is a half-sister to Dual Gr1 winner, NZ Horse of the Year and subsequently Champion Sire O’REILLY.
O’REALLY is a daughter of Champion 2YO COURTZA – Head of the 1988-89 Australasian 2YO Classifications. 5 wins -3 at 2 – 1100m, 1200m including both the Gr1 BLUE DIAMOND and the Gr1 GOLDEN SLIPPER, Gr2 Ascot Vale and Gr2 Verve Clicquot along with the Gr3 Blue Diamond Prelude.
COURTZA is a Full-Sister to three-time Gr1 Winner OUR POMPEII and SW HUNZA COURT, a three-quarter-sister to SW TISZAE, a half-sister to SW FIXED FLUSH, LOST VALLEY, SP HUNZA’S ACE and MINIDECE and to Benazir (Dam of SW CRITIC).
COURTZA is the daughter of Champion Australian 2YO HUNZA 6 wins -5 at 2.
This is a family pulsing deeply in bloodlines of Champions.
Again, free of DANEHILL Bloodlines, our latest filly who is by a Champion Sire and directly descending from a Champion fillies family, will ensure excellent residual value upon racetrack retirement.
In the immediate future, she is a
high-quality filly with excellent conformation, good size, plenty of scope and athleticism to be polished into a serious racing prospect.
We are excited to be able to offer her to our owners later this year.
