It took
Team Dynamic until half-way through Day 3 of the 2018 NZ Bloodstock Karaka Yearling Sales to wait for
lot 446 to enter the salering and leave the property of Dynamic Syndications but it was worth the wait.
We struck our blow at the sale, buying
a superb SAVABEEL Colt from the PINS mare ON BROADWAY.
Offered by
WAIKATO STUD, the
home of our Dynamic Cox Plate winner SAVABEEL, the colt was a standout amongst a quality draft of SAVABEEL colts available over the four-day sale.
The COLT is a Brother-in-Blood to three time Stakes Winner and dual Gr1 placed mare DOWAGER QUEEN.

The colt also ran second in the VRC Derby Gr1, CF Orr Stakes Gr1 and Gloaming Stakes Gr2 and ran third in the Champagne Stakes Gr1.

We went to the NZ Sale this year just to buy one or two Savabeel colts.
It’s this middle-distance blood that we simply don’t produce enough of in Australia and SAVABEEL is a champion stallion because his progeny (like him) excel at this distance range.
Before the sale had commenced, we had identified him as one of two SAVABEEL colts that we were intent on buying if they were in our price range. We are truly delighted to have him joining our team.
In what was a bidding battle, the colt was knocked down to Dynamic Syndications for $190,000 NZD.
We are excited about another fact that after the dust settled and Adam went down to the stables to organise photos and videos,
Waikato Stud boss Mark Chittick was having a chat with Adam and when he found out our plans that the colt was coming to Sydney to be trained by GAI and Adrian, he purchased a share himself.
That’s the ultimate endorsement and belief in your product.
It was just a couple of years ago that we purchased another SAVABEEL yearling from Mark also out of a PINS mare named SWAROVSKI – she races for Dynamic Syndications from Gai and Adrian’s stables and is named SAVAPINSKI – winner of the VRC Matriarch Stakes, Gr2 2000m at Flemington over the Melbourne Spring Carnival.
Shares will become available in due course once we have the opportunity to submit all documents to Racing NSW as lead regulator for their approval.
