On Saturday 25 January 2014 at Royal Randwick,
Dynamic Syndications had a
Dream day with two
Defining moments that produced a
Winning Double, which is exactly what owners
Dream about when they make a
Choice to buy a share in a racehorse.
Dynamic gallopers DEFINE and DREAM CHOICE both scored decisive victories at headquarters.
DEFINE wins race 2 at Randwick for Trainer CHRIS WALLER & Jockey TIM CLARK
The afternoon started in an outstanding fashion as
DEFINE (Lonhro / Fine Society) scored a slashing win (the way a dominant market favourite should) in race 2, the Australian Turf Club Handicap Bm 75 1300m for 3yo's in 1:17.08 (600m 34.81)
a class record. Thanks go to T
rainer Chris Waller and Jockey Tim Clark.
Define had to overcome difficulties in the process, to announce to the racing world that she is a serious black type contender over the upcoming Autumn Carnival. The courage that both horse and rider showed when Tim asked Define to drive through a very narrow gap between horses with whips swinging from riders on either side, knowing that the filly would cop a few over the nose (which she did) was both daring as it was courageous. The will to win from both horse and rider was a testament to the class of both.
Then
the afternoon finished in a same way it started for Dynamic owners and supporters when the our other runner on the programme, another clear favourite and heavily backed
DREAM CHOICE (Redoute's Choice / Patou) sizzled to the line to win the Royal Randwick Handicap, a Bm 80 3yo + colts & geldings 1200m event in 1:10.01 (600 34.64)
a class record. Thanks go to
NSW Provincial Trainer of the Year for the past 2 seasons and Newcastle's Premier Trainer for 2012-13 Darren Smith. Whilst the ride of the day definitely belonged to
Jockey Nash Rawiller for his smooth as silk piloting of our horse.
DREAM CHOICE wins race 8 for Trainer DARREN SMITH and Jockey NASH RAWILLER
Scenes in the Winners Circle and Winning Owners Room brightened an overcast and blustery day at headquarters, as smiles beamed across the faces of the big group of owners present for both horses.
The day easily reminded the Team at Dynamic why we have been so heavily involved in bringing owners from all walks of life to the melting pot of a racecourse so they can stand shoulder to shoulder with peers and compete on equal terms with the powerhouses and captains of industries.
Every owner within professionally run syndications, (which at law can only be established by
Fully Licensed Syndicators) can have the opportunity to
experience the thrill of the track and the
adrenalin buzz of winning. With the
huge prizemoney on offer now in racing in NSW, and the costs minimised for owners now that
5% shares allow full ownership benefits, opportunities exist for everyone.
Both of Dynamic Syndications runners at Randwick on Saturday have returned more than the purchase price and look to be able to add significantly more earnings to their resume.
DEFINE was an $80,000 yearling purchase from the Inglis Premier Sale in Melbourne. She has now raced on 4 occasions, for 2 city wins, a nose 2nd and a unlucky 4th beaten 2 lengths (a nose from 2nd). She has banked
$111,585 prizemoney including $30,000 BOBS Bonuses.
DREAM CHOICE was a $150,000 yearling from the Inglis Easter Yearling Sale. His career now stands at 26 starts: 5 wins, 5 seconds, 2 thirds and
$184,535.
The win of both horses have taken our records at Dynamic Syndications since October 2005 to:
368 Wins
24th Win for the 2013-14 Racing Season
10th Metropolitan Win for the 2013-14 Racing Season
Very importantly, Dynamic Syndications have had
339 winners in 338 weeks, that's an average of a winner a week, every week for over 6.5 years !
Also important to note was that was the
89th Race Win Darren Smith has trained for Dynamic Syndications.
In Summary: Top Horses, Top Trainers, Top Jockeys, all placed to advantage in the right races by good management and race planning. Quality craftsmen coming together to work as a team to get Dynamic Results so our Owners can Live the Dream by Joining Our Team.
Won It !!!
