Dynamic Syndications 2018 MAGIC MILLIONS Purchases Now Available

The Team at Dynamic Syndications proudly announce the release of our Magic Millions Purchases for 2018.

All promotion documentation was submitted to Racing NSW (as Lead Regulator) and we have now received Letters of Approval for each promotion. We are now in a position to offer shares in these horses listed below.

At the Magic Millions sale on the Gold Coast, Dynamic Syndications purchased 12 exciting yearlings.

10 are for Public Syndication and 2 were purchases for private client placement.

Our traditional, detailed webpages for each horse will come on line over the following days.

As per our standard business practice, we are a Syndication Company whom offers (for full transparency), a complete, fully itemised cost sheet annexure supplied with each promotion. Our cost sheets include “all costs” owners will pay in the establishment of their racehorse. There are no hidden costs with racehorse ownership at Dynamic Syndications.

Despite thoroughbred prices skyrocketing across the board, opportunities were still available and we worked hard to find a brilliant array of young horses from fantastic families at affordable prices.

We purchased yearlings by:

How is the Share Price Calculated ? The Share Price for each promotion includes:

Dynamic Syndications Margin on Promotion is 12.5% on the Fall Of Hammer Sale Price (*one-off)
4 Insurance Policies at the Fully Syndicated Value commencing at Fall Of Hammer (*one-off)
Entry Fees Paid into the $11 million Magic Millions Race Series incurred at Fall Of Hammer (*one-off)
Entry Fees Paid into Golden Slipper / Golden Rose + Blue Diamond / Blue Sapphire (*one-off)
Entry Fees paid where applicable to State Based Racing Schemes e.g BOBS, VOBIS, etc. (*one-off)
Veterinary Expenses incurred at the sale: Physical Inspections, X-rays, Endoscopic Evaluation & Blood Screening Tests; pro-rata across all horses purchased (*one-off)
Transport from the Magic Millions Yearling Sale to our Agistment Farm in NSW (*one-off)

All Horse Husbandry costs out for 6 months which include:
Breaking-in Fees
2 x Sessions in work with Pre-Trainer
Agistment
Various: Transport, Standard Veterinary, Farrier, Dentist costs
Statutory Registration Fees with Racing NSW to register the horse (*one-off)
Miscellaneous holding costs, etc., etc., etc.

Full Transparency: A detailed schedule of every cost incurred in the establishment of the Share Price from Fall of Hammer to a set date is included as an annexure to the Product Disclosure Statement for each promotion.

Ongoing Costs from Maturity Date: Ongoing costs after maturity date of PDS, we advise owners to budget (on a worse case basis) an average of $10.00 per day per 5% Share over 12 months ($3,660 per annum / $305 per month) which we estimate should cover most / all cost.

All accounts are sent monthly in arrears by each supplier directly to each owner and are due and payable within 30 days.

All prizemoney won is paid directly by the Racing Authority in Each State to the individual owner's bank account as per details supplied by the owner at registration of the horse.
