Dynamic are pleased to announce that our CHOISIR – CARLTON SHOW filly can now be found online in the UPCOMING SYNDICATIONS area of our website.
Our Choisir - Carlton Show filly
This is the first of two yearlings purchased at the Inglis Classic Yearling Sale that will be available for Syndication in 2013. Purchased as lot 172 on the first day of the Inglis Classic sale at Newmarket, this classy filly that was also accepted for the highly regarded Melbourne Premier Sale but a decision was made by the vendor, Supreme Thoroughbreds, to make her their signature lot at the Sydney based sale. She was always on the radar of team Dynamic from the moment we first saw her and we were extremely happy to secure her in our racing stable.
Prepared by Victorian outfit, Supreme Thoroughbreds, Dynamic paid just $62,000 for what many people described as the best filly at the sale. Not only was her conformation exquisite with a lovely long overstep but she has an outstanding pedigree that is chocker block full of 2yo speed with 13 individual 2yo winners featuring on the pedigree page.
As well as this family being full of 2yo winners, there are plenty of black type performers on the pedigree page with Dynamic believing that this filly is the perfect candidate for the 2yo INGLIS CLASSIC.
The Dam, CARLTON SHOW, is out of the stakes placed mare ACE ROYALE who has 6 individual winners from 6 horses to race. Included amongst them is stakes winner CARLTON SPIRIT and stakes placed horses CARLTON ACE, CARLTON FORWARD and AL’S MAGIC MISS. All six winners that ACE ROYALE produced went on to win in their 2yo campaign.
Dynamic Syndications Managing Director Dean Watt has had plenty of success in the past with the major 2yo races. As a bloodstock agent and syndicator, he has managed to win the Gr1 GOLDEN SLIPPER with POLAR SUCCESS, the MAGIC MILLIONS with BRADBURY’S LUCK and the Gr1 BLUE DIAMOND STAKES with REWARD FOR EFFORT. These are regarded as “THE BIG THREE” in 2yo racing and Dean has won them all. This filly has loads of potential and will be aimed at the $250,000 INGLIS CLASSIC before hopefully going onto races like the Golden Slipper and Blue Diamond.
CHOISIR continues to do the job as a stallion and has sired many top producers in his time at stud. Amongst his 45 individual stakes winners are Gr1 Caulfield Guineas winner STARSPANGLEDBANNER and Gr1 Doncaster winner SACRED CHOICE. Since 2011, Choisir would arguably be one of the best 2yo producing stallions anywhere around the world, siring dual Gr1 winning 2yo OLYMPIC GLORY in Europe and Gr1 winning 2yo CHOICE BRO in NZ. Along with these Gr1 winners, CHOISIR has sired a further eight stakes winning 2yos across Australia, NZ, Ireland, England and Italy in the last two years. With early running speed on both side of the family, this filly looks to be a great investment if looking for a jump and run 2yo prospect.
Another advantage is this filly’s early foaling date on the 29th August which will be a significant plus when it comes to getting her up and running as a 2yo. She is a lovely big strong individual which will put her in a good position going forward and give champion training, CHRIS WALLER plenty to work with going forward. Chris is having another brilliant year and looks poised to take out his third consecutive NSW and Sydney Premierships.
She will be just $6,575 for a 5% and is outstanding value for those looking at winning the big 2yo races. As she was purchased at the Inglis based sales, she will be eligible for the Inglis Bonus Series with more than $5 million worth of extra prize money up for grabs.
The filly is both BOBS and SUPER VOBIS eligible which is another bonus and a potential goldmine for this wonderfully bred filly. Being with trainer Chris Waller who now has a stable at Flemington to compliment Rosehill, this filly has the opportunity to race in both states for the Bonus Monies.
