DYNAMIC SYNDICATIONS will have a trio of runners on Saturday across Rosehill and Kembla Grange as we rev up for an Autumn attack. The Dynamic runners will be headlined by the DAVID PAYNE trained SECRET DELIGHT who will resume in the Gr2 Light Fingers Stakes at Rosehill. The daughter of Encosta De Lago will resume in the $175,000 event and has come on leaps and bounds since her last preparation where she won twice in the city and was placed at stakes level.
We always knew that SECRET DELIGHT was going to get better as she progressed into her 3yo career. She was an extremely impressive type when we first saw and bought her from the Magic Millions sales in 2010 however we knew she wasn’t going to be an early 2yo due to her 13th of November foaling date. Secret Delight has already shown plenty of ability on the track and all reports suggest that she has come back in better order this time in. Being a late foal, it was already known by the Dynamic Team that her best racing would be in front of her and she would need a good spring in the paddock to fully develop. After a well-earned rest, Secret Delight is back and ready to take on bigger and better things.
Secret Delight will look for more black type in the Gr2 Light Fingers tomorrow
SECRET DELIGHT has had two lead up trials coming into the Gr2 Light Fingers on Saturday. This preparation she is doing everything right and she is fresh off the back of her latest trial victory where she coasted to the line and looked to have plenty more in the tank. In both trials, she was never knocked around and just cruised to the line under a big hold from the riders. Nathan Berry and Christian Reith who rode her in the respective trials were both wrapped with the way she worked to the line. With more rain forecast before Saturday’s race, it is assumed that the track will be in the slow to heavy range. This is another significant advantage for Secret Delight as she has already won twice on rain affected tracks to date and showed that she is adapt on all surfaces that come before her. The inform JOSH PARR has been booked to ride and currently has the best strike rate of all NSW jockeys at city meetings. He also booted home two winners from just two rides at Gosford to give us full confidence going forward.
In saying this Dynamic realise the task that they have in front of them going into this extremely competitive event. It is a race littered with classy runner with 6 of the 11 runners having already won at stakes level. The two favourites Benetta and Brave Soul may be without stakes victories at present but are in hot form and must be respected. Secret Delight will certainly have her work cut out but DAVID PAYNE has done a wonderful job with this 3yo filly and she is going superbly. Saturday will be a true test for her but we are hopeful of good run from this improving filly come Saturday.
DYNAMIC SYNDICATIONS will also line up SUPERIOR INSTINCT in the last race of the day. The honest 8yo galloper is coming off the back off a 49 day break however has had two trials leading into the BM85 1200m event. DARREN SMITH has done an excellent job with this gelding who has won over $230,000 for his owners in his time as a race horse. Although he may be a bit short of his pet distance on Saturday, we are hopeful of a good performance from Superior Instinct who always gives his best.
Superior Instinct is in the last race of the day
Our third and final runner on Saturday will line up at Kembla Grange and should be an exciting time for all of his owners. PERPLEXITY will have his first race start for Team Dynamic and CHRIS WALLER when he lines up in the 3rd race at Kembla Grange timed to jump at 1.55pm. The patient owners of Perplexity should be excited as Chris Waller has been very cautious in his approach with the now 3yo gelding. It has always been known that he will take some time to develop and we know that whatever he does tomorrow he will improve on as he gradually gets over more ground. Chris was always had somewhat of an opinion of this lovely Lonhro gelding and we expect him to show us something tomorrow to give us faith in him going forward.
PERPLEXITY will have his first start for Dynamic and Chris Waller
Dynamic are extremely excited for the upcoming weekend and hopefully we manage to see positive results across the board. This Autumn is shaping up to be a big one for Dynamic and we are fresh off our 29th win of season 2012/13 when TRICK SHOT won comfortably at Gosford of Thursday. Over the last 5 years, Dynamic are averaging a win a week every week, a record which is unmatched in the Syndication game. With a host of big names due to hit the track for Dynamic over the Autumn including ATOMIC FORCE, MIDNIGHT AT ASCOT, SPECIFIC CHOICE and many more, we expect the wins to keep on coming.
ATOMIC FORCE is nearing a racetrack return after Monday's trial
We wish the best of luck to the connections of all of our runners; SECRET DELIGHT, SUPERIOR INSTINCT and PERPLEXITY who will run tomorrow. There is no feeling that is more thrilling then when your horse is in contention come the end of a race and we hope to see this happen throughout tomorrow for all of our owners.
