Episode 43 in our “A DAY WITH” Series 15/9/17 at WILD OAKS Pre-Training Facility

Friday morning 15 September, ADAM WATT - Director of Sales & Marketing at Dynamic Syndications headed out to WILD OAKS Farm - the property where we send our horses to do their early preliminary training before heading into their respective racing stables.

It’s important to have a good relationship with the pre-trainer to ensure horses are on the right programmes. Its also vital to go out and look at each horse as an individual - not look at a calendar to determine when each horse is ready to progress.

For example: Are they ready to go into a stable or return from a spell or do they need a little longer foundation work?

On Friday Adam chatted with Nathan Tickle - the head of pre-training at Wild Oaks we the boys discuss 16 of the 23 horses that are currently in work at WILD OAKS.
