There is nothing more rewarding for Dynamic Syndications than winning races for our clients. However a very close runner-up to that sense of satisfaction is when we buy well bred, high quality yearlings at the sales and before we go to the market with them, these yearlings receive
MAJOR pedigree page updates.
This has been happening again recently.

Of these updates to the pedigree recorded above, there is nothing better than when a horse adds
Gr1 success to the pedigree. The commercial value of the pedigree is improved significantly as to the commercial value.
The following is a story of such an update:
LAUGHING Fattens Up Already Sensation Pedigree with Gr1 Win
A determined
Laughing refused to relinquish the lead in the $588,000 Diana Stakes Gr1 on July 27 over the turf course at Saratoga, leading all the way for her first Group 1 victory in a terrific driving finish.
The race was billed as a showdown between
Centre Choice and S
tephanie’s Kitten, meeting for the fifth time. However there was no denying the Irish-bred Laughing. She put away
Centre Court at the furlong and held on gamely in the final few strides to deny Dream Peace by a head with the late-charging Stephanie's Kitten a half-length back.
Laughing was no guarantee to even start in the
Gr1 Diana Stakes, having also been entered in the
Matchmaker Stakes (Gr3) July 28 at Monmouth Park, where she had previously won the
Eatontown Handicap (Gr3) at her most recent start June 29.
"She had the winter off and she came back well," said winning trainer Alan Goldberg, who saddled the 5-year-old Dansili mare.
"She ran a pretty good race last time (in the Eatontown Gr3), first time out of the box. She came out of the race just great, so we) said, 'Let's take a shot.' "
The final time was a very slick1:47.24 for nine furlongs over firm going.
Laughing is out of the Be My Chief mare Comic.
She is a three-quarter sister to Viva Pataca (H.K.)
Horse of the Year in Hong Kong in 2009.
Champion Hong Kong Older Horse in 2007,
Champion Middle Distance in 2008 & 2009 &
Champion Stayer in 2008 & 2009.
18 wins–5 at 2– 1200 to 2400m, £6,262,412,
A stakes winner in her native Ireland,
Laughing won for the fourth time in nine North American starts since arriving late in 2011.
The bay mare's first stakes win stateside came in last year's Matchmaker.
Laughing broke well and went to the front unchallenged to open a one-length advantage, clipping off easy sectionals of :24.24 and :49.19 when she was joined by Centre Court who seemed poised to go by as they completed six furlongs in 1:12.53, but Laughing was asked for more at the 400m and inched ahead under right-handed urging.
Centre Court gave way near the 200m but Dream Peace, eased off the fence for the the final attack. Laughing, though, would not be headed and she reached the line in front.
Stephanie's Kitten, who dropped to the rear of the field soon after the start, rallied four wide in the straight but was still last inside the final furlong before flying home belatedly to get third.
The victory, Laughing's sixth in 13 lifetime starts, was worth $360,000 and boosted her earnings to $668,855.
"Maybe we'll come back for the Ballston Spa (Gr2 Aug. 24 at Saratoga) or wait for the mile and a quarter (Gr1 Flower Bowl Invitational Sept. 28) at Belmont," Goldberg said.
