The first foals by Group I MRC Blue Diamond Stakes winner Reward for Effort are being born this spring with one of the first to arrive being sent in to us by Peter and Naomi Butterss of Mayfield Thoroughbreds in Victoria.
Dynamic Syndications purchased the Gr1 winning Reward for Effort for $190,000 at the William Inglis Premier Yearling sale in Melbourne.
He was an outstanding horse on the racetrack winning over $900,000 for clients including victories in 4 individual black type events.

Twice winning as a 2yo including the Gr1 Blue Diamond along with the Blue Diamond Preview LR.
An “Undefeated Weight For Age Winner as a 3yo” and winner of the Gr3 Concorde Stakes at 4, the decision was made to retire him to stud where he has been an extremely well sort after sire.
Born last Friday night, this pretty bay filly from the General Nediym mare Exocet Miss was photographed when she was less than a day old becoming Reward for Effort’s first foal.

She is the second foal of Exocet Miss, a full sister to smart metropolitan winner Defend the Hill from an international Black Type family.
Standing at Chatswood Stud in Victoria, Reward for Effort was a busy boy last spring covering 150 mares in his debut season at a fee of $11,000, the son of Exceed and Excel sure to be popular again with breeders this year at the same fee.
