At mid-day today,
Dynamic Syndications re-offered a 5% share in our 2yo filly
LAGONDA by Champion Sire
ENCOSTA DE LAGO from
PRETTY FLAMINGO with Australia's Leading Trainer
CHRIS WALLER.
The share was sold during the afternoon
We welcome new clients
Gwenda and John to our team !
The 5% share became available after an existing client in our 2yo filly
LAGONDA, hit some unexpected difficulties. Naturally we try to assist in such genuine circumstances and since
LAGONDA is a highly exciting racing and breeding prospect with tremendous scope for success, we agreed to assist and re-offered this share under a
Secondary Sale PDS.
The 5% share price was only $8,580 and was offered with Full Owners Privileges including
Your Name in the Racebook and Racetrack Ticketing Entitlements.
It’s a strange set of circumstances just how regularly this can happen and more importantly for the buyer, how often the horse turns out to be a racetrack star.
For example, it happened with
POLAR SUCCESS (Gr 1 Golden Slipper),
SAVABEEL (Gr1 Cox Plate) and
BRADBURY’S LUCK (Magic Millions), just 3 examples of how fortunate this can be for prospective buyers.
LAGONDA is by
Encosta De Lago, a multiple times Champion Sire and the Most Successful Australian Bred Sire – Ever ! He has 97 Stakes Winners including 20 Gr1 Winners.
LAGONDA is the first foal from the mare
PRETTY FLAMINGO, a record priced $625,000 weanling herself and a daughter of $5m mare
MILANOVA a multiple Stakes Winner and Full Sister to Champion racehorse and sire Holy Roman Emperor.
She has one of the most commercial families in the Australian Stud Book.
This was an incredible opportunity to become involved in a gilt-edged 2yo filly with Australia’s Best Trainer.
