Lot 135 was a True Gem and became our third yearling on Day 1 at Inglis Melbourne

Having purchased 2 magnificent yearlings earlier in the day, we set our sights upon the ultimate target of these sales and we came - we saw and we conquered.

We are so excited about this yearling filly we could burst with pride and satisfaction.

We came to the 2015 Inglis Premier Sales with a mission, to Buy the BEST Yearling by our OWN Blue Diamond Winner and now exciting young sire REWARD FOR EFFORT.

He's setting a cracking pace as a First Season Sire currently sitting second to Benateau with 11 runners 4 winners and a Stakes Placed runner.

Our mission was simply to buy the best conformed, most athletic yearling by the sire that had a genetic pedigree rating of A and above.

There was only one choice as far as we were concerned.

It had to be Lot 135.

She had to be ours and we were determined to buy her.

We succeeded.

This filly is the first foal of ECLIPSE HARMONY - a Full sister to LUCHA LIBRE SW of the ATC South Pacific H., LR, and half sister to SP La Veuve.

She is also a half sister to the Dam of TUSCAN FIRE 11 wins inc Mornington Cup LR.

Her 2nd Dam is a half sister to Gr1 Winner ENSIGN EWART.

THIS VOBIS eligible filly has a high generic pedigree rating score of A++ 1,620%

This filly has an extremely strong Black Type pedigree and is by the boom sire in Victoria.

She ticks all the boxes to be an early coming 2yo type and is a magnificent example of what the sire can produce.

Dynamic Syndications purchased REWARD FOR EFFORT from these very sale yards in 2008 and he went on to win the BLUE DIAMOND at 2, SIR JOHN MONASH WFA LR at 3 and the CONCORDE Stakes at 4.

She has been raised throughout on the excellent pastures of Grange Stud in Victoria.

This filly is very exciting and we are truly thrilled to now be her owner. We had to fight off two bidders being Summerhill Stud of South Africa and Dan O'Sullivan - trainer of TUSCAN FIRE.

We were delighted when our bid of $70,000 + GST was not countered and the filly was knocked down to us.
