It’s a Fact that
Super Sire PIERRO is the Hottest Young Sire in Australia.
However, it was always going to prove hard to buy one of his progeny this year because when covering his book of mares in 2015 the exciting sire suffered a nasty bout of colic and was removed from service to recover and as a result, in 2016 there was
only 82 live foals by the sire.
By the time you take out those who have suffered injuries or are no longer with us, and then those being retained by their breeders, there proves to be just a limited number of
PIERRO Yearlings available in 2018. And with demand and scarcity comes inflated prices in an already hot market.
One such yearling on offer was a terrific type offered by
Gerry Harvey’s Baramul Stud.

CONFER (by Danehill), she was a terrific racemare having been Gr1 placed, 4 times Gr2 placed and Gr3 placed along with a 4th in a Gr1.
CONFER has proven a reliable broodmare producing 10 foals to race for 7 winners and 2 placegetters including
dual stakes placed NITE ROCKER and ALL THE GOSS (Dam of our own IDLE CHAT 4 wins).
His 2nd Dam is Gr3 Winning and Gr1 placed
SHACKLE.
The Pierro / Danehill cross is proving to be fantastic. His oldest progeny are just 3yo’s and include 5 Stakes Winners:

Vendor Gerry Harvey, owner of Baramul Stud is a great friend of Team Dynamic and when he heard our name as the buyer and then we went around to take photos and videos of the colt, Gerry wandered over and said “I’m in that one too! Who will train it?” When we replied Gai and Adrian he said “yep all good – I’m in.”
That’s an endorsement on its own. That Gerry Harvey wants to race the horse in co-ownership with Team Dynamic and all our owners is great comfort that we have purchased a wonderful racetrack opportunity.
Nobody knows the Pierro’s better than Gai – she trained Pierro himself and she has trained Pierro’s first Gr1 winner PINOT.
Documents have been created and submitted to Racing NSW for approval. Once approval is received shares will be available.
