The team at Dynamic Syndications is pleased for both men. We have been long standing members of both clubs before the clubs merged and from our personal viewpoint, we are delighted that our club has access to such experienced men with a wealth of knowledge and business acumen, to drive our club forward. We welcome them to their new rolls.

In particular, we are extremely pleased for Michael Crismale, as he has been a close friend of Team Dynamic for many years. We have watched Michael progress from member, to board member of the STC, to board member and Vice Chairman of the ATC, to now the Chairman. It has been a well deserved advancement through the hierarchy, to the pinnacle of the strongest club in thoroughbred racing in Australia.

Michael will make a wonderful Chairman of the ATC and we would expect the growth of the club to be spectacular under his leadership. In our boss Dean Watt’s opinion, Michael heads the most experienced and dedicated team of fellow board members to run a racing club since Dean became a member of both the AJC and STC over 32 years ago.
