PIERRO Crowned Sales King of his First Crop Peers

Quick statement of fact about the First Crop Sires in 2016 shows PIERRO (by LONHRO) was the HOTTEST in Australia.

His 83 Yearlings averaged $211,987.

Whilst his 27 Inglis Australian Easter Yearlings averaged $204,074

He had a Colt sell for $1,500,000 and a Filly Sell for $1,400,000.

Dynamic Syndications in conjunction with GAI WATERHOUSE (who trained PIERRO), purchased the 1st Colt offered by the outstanding thoroughbred nursery COOLMORE STUD (home of PIERRO).

At the Magic Millions he was Lot 44 from the mare BALLERINA GIRL.

The market has responded well to Gai’s Champion racehorse who won 5 Gr1 races and was rated World Champion 3yo Sprinting Male and he also won the 3 Major 2yo races – Golden Slipper – Sires Produce – Champagne Stakes.

Already our colt is 90% SOLD.

We have 2 x 5% Shares (1 x 10%) remaining.

After the dust of the 2016 Yearling Sales series has now settled,
83 of PIERRO’s progeny have sold in Australia for an average of $211,987 + GST ($233,185).

By anticipating the progeny would continue to increase in value throughout the year, by striking early and securing such top colt at the beginning of 2016, he now looks one of the best valued colts we have on offer in 2016.

There is little doubt had he been offered at the Easter Sale he would have sold for significantly more and we would not have been able to purchase him. He is now great value on the way the sales have progressed.

In fact, our 5% share price which includes All Costs since Fall of Hammer to 30 June 2016 and insurance to 1 November 2016, is remarkable value since the colt has now been broken-in, educated, been into pre-training, has had 7 independent Race Series nominations and eligibility fees already paid, along with transport, agistment and all other miscellaneous costs paid up.

Whilst ongoing costs from July 1st are anticipated to average approximately $8.20 per day.
