He may be getting ready to go across the other side of the world but that didn’t stop Dynamic Syndications trainer Peter Moody from getting his horses to peak at exactly the right time.
Peter had a magnificent weekend in Brisbane and managed to take out 3 of Brisbane’s most prestigious races with an astonishing 2 Group 1 winners and another Group 2 winner on the 8 race card.
Peter Moody is having another brilliant run
This is a sensational training performance by Peter who once again got his horses to peak at the right time despite being ready to cross to the other side of the globe with his superstar mare, Black Caviar.
Moody’s wonderful day started in the Group 1 QLD Derby when Brambles saluted in impressive style comfortably beating home his rivals.
However, Moody was by no means done there with barely enough time passing for his owners to collect their trophy from the Derby, before they were back in the winner’s circle when Mid Summer Music won Brisbane’s most prestigious race, The Stradbroke Handicap at big odds.
This brought Peter to the top of the Group 1 trainer’s title for the second year in a row with an astonishing 10 Gr1 wins for the season.

To put the cherry on top of a perfect day, Moody came out and trained the winner of the last, the Gr2 Brisbane Cup, to make it three winners in a row when Lights of Heaven smashed its rivals winning by 3 lengths.
This amazing day should come as no surprise to Moody followers, as this trend has been apparent for many years and he manages to better it year after year.
Last Thursday, Moody notched his 1600th career win and is on track to post a personal best of 200 winners in a season as he has currently trained 181, a phenomenal effort.
Peter and Dean have developed a close relationship over the years and have had plenty of success including winning the Gr1 Blue Diamond in 2009 with REWARD FOR EFFORT.
We have another two cracking yearlings this year which are currently up for syndication and are to be trained by Peter Moody.
The first of these, a
Exceed and Excel/Shoot the Stars colt, is by the same sire as Dynamic Gr1 winner Reward for Effort and both Dean and Peter agreed it to be the best Exceed and Excel yearling they had seen since purchasing the previously mentioned Reward for Effort.

The second of these, a
Northern Meteor/Comedy Club filly, is the first foal to be born by champion racehorse and first season sire, Northern Meteor and is bred for 2yo speed. This filly is also closely related to Dynamic Syndications champion racehorse, Reward for Effort.

We congratulate Peter on a wonderful day and encourage you to join both Peter and Dynamic in our quest for more Gr1 Glory.
