Under compliance of our
AFS Licence, we do not offer any extension of time for settlement.
We can’t offer one client a financial advantage over all others, therefore we cancel the sale.
Strangely, it is a fairly common occurrence in the syndication business.
We take on trust perspective clients but occasionally they fail to honour settlement.
