Deceased international sire
STREET CRY (by Machiavellian) has emphasised both his loss and his long term influence on the Australasian thoroughbred in the past two weeks.
STREET CRY
Two Saturday’s ago, his son
PRIDE OF DUBAI scored a memorable win in the
MRC Blue Diamond Stakes Gr1 and last Saturday,
two (2) of his sire sons were in the spotlight with
Group 1 winners in Australia and New Zealand.
HALLOWED CROWN by Street Cry’s best racing son Street Sense, showed his class and courage to defeat two other star colts,
Sweynesse (Lonhro) and Shooting To Win (Northern Meteor), in the Group 1 Girvan Waugh Randwick Guineas (1600m).
Hallowed Crown, winner last spring of the Group 1 ATC Golden Rose, has everything going for him to make a future sire including an impeccably bred female line.
In New Zealand, another young son of Street Cry named Per Incanto, a champion sprinter in Italy before retiring to stud in New Zealand, with his oldest progeny only 2yo’s, recorded his second stakes winner this season when
DAL CIELO scored impressively in the
Group 1 Diamond Stakes, with
ROCANTO the other
Per Incanto Stakes Winner, finishing in third.
Dynamic Syndications purchased a magnificent son of Street Cry at the Magic Millions in January which is being trained by Gerald Ryan.
GERALD RYAN
DEAN - GERRY - ADAM
Purchased from
Gerry Harvey’s, Baramul Stud, he too loved this colt so much,
he purchased back in for 20% as a potential stallion prospect and on this colt’s female line, it’s easy to understand why Gerry did.
Our colt is from an
Encosta De Lago daughter of GOLDEN SLIPPER Winner – HA HA, who in turn is a daughter of
Stakes Winner VERY DROLL.
Our colt is closely related to
Stakes Winners DRY HUMOUR, as HA HA is a full sister to DRY HUMOUR.
Also our colt is closely related to
Group 1 Winners SOUTHERN SPEED and GO INDY GO as well as Gr3 Winner ESSAY RAIDER.
HA HA was CHAMPION 2yo and Champion 3yo filly in Australia in 2000-01 & 2001-02.
STREET CRY / AH HA colt with Gerald Ryan
We have just
15% remaining in this superb colt and astute buyers have jumped aboard realising the
enormous upside as a stallion prospect should he be successful at Black Type level on the racetrack.
Another telling reason is buyers have been buoyed by the support and confidence of industry heavyweight
Gerry Harvey to buy back into the colt for 20%.
5% shares are $10,685 representing excellent value on such a highly commercial colt.
We have just 3 x 5% shares remaining.
