WANDJINA showed he will be a serious stallion at the Randwick 2yo Trials where he had four (4) youngsters to trial producing:

 

This is a wonderful result for WANDJINA because the professional buying market anticipated his progeny to be better when they get a bit of age on them.

However it’s not surprising he is throwing precocity because WANDJINA (who was trained by Gai Waterhouse), was regarded by Gai to be the fastest 2yo she had in her stable that year.

SPOOKED (NZ)

SPOOKED (NZ) is the daughter of Gr2 Winning and twice Gr1 placed BEAT THE FADE: 3 wins 1200m – 1600m inc AJC Emancipation S., 2d STC Coolmore Classic Gr1 and 3d VATC One Thousand Guineas Gr1.

 

BEAT THE FADE is a half-sister to Gr3 Winner DAWN TILL DUSK: 6 wins 1600m - 2200m and the Dam of Stakes Placed: Angel in Bluejeans and Grimalkin.

BEAT THE FADE is also a half-sister to The Nightingale: Dam of 4 x Stakes Winner INFANTRY and the Stakes Placed Night Nurse.

 

Our filly has also shown precocity in early training but is being restrained to begin her racing career as an autumn 2yo.

 

This filly can’t be faulted on conformation and type and has a quality black type family behind her.

 

Purchased to be at her best as a sprinter – miler as a 3yo and 4yo, this filly should give her owners a lot of fun if already displayed early ability is any indication of future racetrack success.
