Dynamic Syndications have been heavily involved with the Magic Millions sales currently taking place on the Gold Coast however their work is by no means over.
Both the broodmare sale, in which we sold 4 horses earlier this week, and the weanling sale which concluded yesterday have been extremely strong this year.
Over the two day broodmare sale, almost $20 million was traded on 299 lots sold at a healthy average price of $66,406 and improving clearance rate of 74 per cent.
The average price was up 38 per cent on last year's auction, while the sale gross was also up some 24 per cent.
Meanwhile at the Weanling sale, the average price of $34,415 was up 30 per cent on last year's $26,274 and the clearance rate rose from 70 per cent to 79.2 per cent.
This healthy increase in prices reflects that along with the housing market, the thoroughbred sales are starting to gain momentum as well.
This sale on the Gold Coast along with the Inglis Easter, Magic Millions Yearling and Inglis Premier Sales in the past 6 months may be the last chance to purchase horses at the rock bottom price before things start to increase again.
This is good news for buyers as there is no better time to buy a share in a horse with the market at its current state.
We currently have a number of yearlings we are syndicating that were purchased at the aforementioned sales.
For more information on any of these horses, feel free to call Jay at Dynamic Syndications on (02) 9587 1511
However as previous stated, the work is not over for Dynamic with the National Yearlings sale due to take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday next week.
Dynamic have identified approximately 30 horses that fit our strict pedigree analysis that we are keen to have a look at over the coming days.
Included in this group of horse is lot 1222, a half-sister (out of Show of Force, by Hidden Dragon) to our multiple Group 1 Winner, Atomic Force.
Half sister to our multiple Group 1 winner, Atomic Force (pictured above) will be sold at the sale
Over the weekend, Dynamic Managing Director, Dean Watt and the rest of the
meticulous team will rigorously inspect all these horses to determine if they have the qualities to make a brilliant racehorse.
This is a long process that takes numerous inspections, x-rays, analysis, discussion and many other aspects before we even think about buying a horse.
Please keep an eye on the website to see all information on our progress at the sales and if we add anymore horses to the dynamic register for this year.
