Dynamic Syndications will be watching the races very closely on Sunday Night at Sha Tin as two of our current yearlings have full brothers running in big races in Hong Kong.
The first of these is Liberator, the full brother to our Encosta De Lago/Miss Helga filly, which has been quickly making his way through the grades and will now line up in the $8,000,000 Group 1 Standard Chartered Chater Cup over 2400m.
Liberator looking to add a GP1 to his impressive resume
This impressive gelding was hugely unlucky to finish a length and a half 2nd last start in the Gr3 Queen Memorial Mum Cup last start as things just did not go his way.
On Sunday, he has drawn barrier 1 and will take on only 5 other competitors in the feature race of the day in his quest to become a Group 1 winner.
Although a small but competitive field, trainer David Ferraris believes the horse to be constantly improving and this Gr1 feature not to be out of reach for this overly talented 4 year old.
Since buying our own Encosta De Lago/Miss Helga filly, Liberator has won and been Group 3 placed with his maiden group 1 victory seemingly just around the corner.
Our own Encosta De Lago - Miss Helga filly
The value of our own filly would have skyrocketed if we bought her after these performances but a 10% share can be purchased for only $21,500 and is set to be trained by Chris Waller.
The second runner that we have a vested interest in is the full brother our Encosta De Lago/Petta Gaye colt which is also to be trained by Chris Waller.
Champagne Days will head to the track after a 30 day freshen up and will line up in the 10th race of the day, the Oriental Express Handicap over a mile.
Our own Encosta De Lago - Petta Gaye colt
This 5 year old gelding has been racing in very consistent fashion this preparation, never being further than 3 lengths from the winner however not winning for 7 starts.
He has earned just shy of $2,000,000 prize money in his relatively short career and looks extremely well placed in this particular event.
He will look to add to the impressive record he has built up over the track and distance having 4 starts for a win, a second and a third with another win on the cards for Sunday.
A share in this lovely colt can be purchased for just $21,650 with the residual value continuing to grow and grow.
We wish both of these horses the best of luck and if you wish to enquire about either of these horses or any others on the Dynamic books, feel free to call the office on (02) 9587 1511 or please
