Australasia's HOTTEST sire had another terrific day on the racetrack last Saturday when adding further Stakes Results to his already burgeoning resume of Stakes Horses. On Saturday there were 3 major updates to the ever growing list of quality runners. Importantly, he sired his 10th Individual Group 1 Winner (6 Fillies / 4 Colts) and his second WFA Winning 3yo Filly in the past month.
- SEA SIREN won the Gr1 BTC CUP (WFA)
- WE'RE GONNA ROCK ran 2nd in the Gr1 GOODWOOD.
- SATURN ROCK ran 3rd in the 2yo HAMPDEN STAKES LR.

SEA SIREN was outstanding because the 3yo filly was taking on the older horses at Weight For Age and set up a fast tempo when Jimmy Cassidy rode the perfect on pace race and waited as long as possible before kicking clear to win impressively.
WE'RE GONNA ROCK was awesome behind the World's Best Sprinter "Black Caviar" when running the super mare to just on a length in the Gr1 Goodwood Hcp. This was the closest effort a competitor had taken up to BC since Hay List put pressure on the super mare.
SATURN ROCK the 2yo Kiwi raider was facing the starter for the 1st time in Australia, having had 3 starts in NZ for a win and two very close 2nd placings, the filly showed she will add more black type in the near future running a top performance when a very competitive 3rd.
FASTNET ROCK has kicked well clear in the Sires Premiership with an unassailable lead in the General Sires Premiership as well as being Leading Sire of Stakes Winners (14) and Leading Sire of Stakes Wins (28). He has had 112 Individual Winners in Australia this season and earnings of over $10.6 million.
With the COOLMORE STUD stallion starting off with a Service Fee of $55,000 and the 2011 being $137,500, the super sire has had his 2012 service fee increased to $220,000. Therefore the future opportunity for buyers to gain access to progeny by Fastnet Rock will become scarce as the prices of yearlings will skyrocket.
