Today, Friday 27 April, Dynamic Syndications say "GOOD BYE" to our key employee Adam Watt, who has been an integral part of Dynamic Syndications Team over several years and particularly, since joining us full time 16 months ago in December 2010 after completing his Bachelor of Sports Management degree from Canberra University.
Adam and Dean celebrate another stakes win!
It's a sad day for us, as Adam's departure represents a significant loss of a dedicated, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable employee with a terrific skill set in the thoroughbred industry. Adam has been a key factor in Dynamic's ongoing success.
Having just turned 22, Adam is now entering an exciting new phase of his life as he grabs his backpack and fly's off to Europe to fulfill his own dreams. This adventure is his own "REWARD FOR EFFORT" after his studies at University. Adam will be gone for a minimum of 6 months but has no definite return date after that period.
To say we are envious of his adventure is an understatement. The trip is very loose regarding pre-commitments however he starts his sabbatical, landing in Dublin and heading straight to the Guinness factory before seeing the sights and spending time at the famous Coolmore and Irish National Studs. Then of course there will be Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, the Olympics, Cricket at Lords, the Running of the Bulls and the Tomato Festival, the F1 Grand Prix, the Greek Isles, Gallipoli, Croatian Cruise, 25 day Top Deck Tour around Europe, etc, etc, etc.
Oh to be young and free !
There will be some work involved as Adam seeks to build upon establish contacts throughout the European Racing Community as we look at building strategic alliances with Northern Hemisphere thoroughbred operations.
We wish Adam the best of luck and a trouble free adventure. He knows the door is always open here at Dynamic should he ever decide to return to us, at any stage in the future. However at this early stage Adam is keen to spread his wings and look towards other career opportunities upon his return.
We thank all the clients, trainers, suppliers and friends of Dynamic whom have called or emailed over the past few days wishing Adam well. We are amazed at the generosity of acknowledgement and support Adam received and we are truly humbled by the kindness of these well wishes.
Happy Travels Adam !
