Not only are Dynamic Syndications asking Lady Luck to be kind to the Dynamic Syndications purchased Dances On Stars in Race 1 on Derby Day, we will be watching the other races with great anticipation as a number of our horses purchased in 2012 have the same sires or closely related families.
Encosta De Lago is a sire that just keeps on getting better and we have recognised this by purchasing a cracking Encosta De Lago filly from the Irish 2yo Stakes Winner Miss Helga at the most recent Inglis Easter Yearling Sales. She complements the superb Encosta De Lago / Petta Gaye colt we purchased at the Magic Millions earlier this year.
Encosta De Lago has representatives in 4 of the races on the Randwick card tomorrow. The first of these is the Adrian Knox where the promising Plumm lines up.
Impressive last start winner of the Tulloch Stakes, Polish Knight is also by Encosta De Lago and looms as a big threat to some of the favourites in the feature ATC Australian Derby.
Other Encosta De Lago runners include Potions in the Sapphire Stakes and Peter Moody's Hanks in the Chairman's Quality.
We also managed to snap up a Fastnet Rock Filly at the Inglis sales and he is a sire that is extremely well represented this weekend as well.
Fastnet Rock is the hottest sire in Australia and as well as having a couple of roughies in Fourtunefivehundred in the Kindergarten and Born to Rock in the Sapphire, he has two other superstars running.
The first of these is in the TJ Smith where genuine superstar, Foxwedge will be competing. This is a horse that goes from strength to strength and is currently a firming favourite in day's first Group 1. The fact he was sold during the week for stud duties in a deal valuing him well over $10 million shows the strength of the market and the high regard industry professionals hold the sire Fastnet Rock in.
The other star is the Coolmore Stud owned unbeaten filly, Atlantic Jewel. This Fastnet Rock filly out of Regard has been unchallenged in all of her start's to date and is at a very short quote to remain unbeaten. Bred on the successful Danehill / Zabeel cross she is bred the same pattern as our recent purchased filly by Commands (a son of Danehill) / Making Fey (by Zabeel).
The Champion Racehorse and sire Lonhro has a total of 5 runners and who will compete between 1200 metres and 2400 metres highlighting the stallions incredible versatility and why he was Champion Sire last season and why he is on the heels of Fastnet Rock for Champion Sire this season.
We hope that over the next few years our Lonhro Filly out of Fine Society will be competing and winning these types of Black Type races.
Darley Stud have Lonhro progeny in Parables and Celts running in the 6th event as well as Raspberries in the Doncaster Prelude while Chris Waller trains Hoylonny in the Derby.
However probably the most exciting of the Lonhro's racing on Saturday is the Golden Slipper winner, Pierro.
Pierro will be fighting the other boom two year old All Too Hard which was bred on the same Danehill / Green Desert cross as our Fastnet Rock / Jewel Of The Nile filly which we purchased this week at the Inglis Sales.
Anyway you look at it, a victory for either of these undefeated colts would be a win for Dynamic Syndications and their clients with our own racetrack success just around the corner.
Commands also has another runner in the Sires Produce in Limes but that is not his only runner on the day. Joe Pride's virtually faultless gelding Rain Affair is also lining up in the TJ Smith. He has now won 11 of 13 and is another example of how Dynamic buys from only the best sires from proven crosses.
More Than Ready, which is also on Dynamics books, has 4 runners of which 3 are in the Sire Produce; Faustus, Raceway and Ashokan. The final More Than Ready horse, More Strawberries returns from a spell in the Sapphire Stakes.
Saturday at Randwick has only group racing on the card and with so many horses with the same sires as Dynamic Runners and more excitingly being bred on the crosses, it is exciting times ahead for Dynamic Syndications.
