Australian bred Zoffany (IRE) colt Zodiac Ruler scored a debut victory at Greyville in South Africa on Wednesday. He is the 6th Southern Hemisphere bred winner for Dansili’s Gr1 winning son Zoffany, who is considered "Too Valuable" to be returning to Coolmore Australia this year after covering 213 mares in 2015.

Effortless Reward a 2yo Reward for Effort filly made a one act affair of the 1000 metre maiden at Vaal in South Africa on Tuesday winning by more than seven (7) lengths. She became the 39th Individual Winner for 2nd Crop Sire REWARD FOR EFFORT who had a Service Fee jump from $11,000 to $16,500 in 2016.
