On the 10th November, DYNAMIC SYNDICATIONS put up the SOLD OUT Sign on our twenty (20) promotions for 2023.

Earlier in the year, on the 26th JUNE, DYNAMIC SYNDICATIONS had completed the promotion of our 2yo Filly by MAGNA GRECIA ex BLUE MONEY being trained by Annabel Neasham.

The filly was subsequently given the racing name “TENNER” – a slang term for a $10 Dollar note which is Blue in Colour.

A current Owner in TENNER has had an unfortunate change in personal circumstances, and reached out to us inquiring could we be of assistance to them by Re-Offering their 2 x 5% Shares.

Since the Syndication of the filly TENNER was completed, her sire MAGNA GRECIA has achieved a flying start with his first crop runners in the Northern Hemisphere.

He has a Stakes Winner in France, a Stakes Placegetter in Germany, 9 Winners and 20 Placed runners and importantly, the filly has shown our educator Shane Rose and our pre-trainer Mack Griffith plenty of upside to date.

Therefore; (a) because we know how well this filly has been progressing, (b) how well this first crop sire is going overseas, (c) how well the Annabel Neasham Racing Stables are travelling, and (d) Dynamic Syndications on the 10th November were SOLD OUT of all our promotions in 2023, then on the strength of these factors, Dynamic Syndications agreed to assist our client and re-offer back onto the market their 10% (2 x 5% Shares) in TENNER.

These 2 x 5% shares are offered under the same Terms and Conditions of the promotion to original investors.

NOTE: Financial Benefit to an Incoming Purchaser.

The Shares are re-offered under a Secondary Sale PDS at the Same Syndication Price of $5,950 per 5% Share, whilst ALL ONGOING COSTS incurred since 1 July 23 to the Date of Sale of the shares (approximately 5 months worth of holding costs), are met by the Vendor.

That’s a significant saving on a filly we have a nice opinion about.
