4yo LONHRO Mare LOCHITA Becomes DYNAMIC
4yo LONHRO Mare LOCHITA Becomes DYNAMIC

DEAN WATT BLOODSTOCK the Thoroughbred Agency and Consultancy division of DYNAMIC SYNDICATIONS
purchased the Racemare
LOCHITA (4yo Bay LONHRO x INCHITA)
through the
Inglis Online Auction
on Wednesday afternoon.
Lot 53 offered for sale by GAI WATERHOUSE & ADRIAN BOTT Racing (As Agent),
LOCHITA
is a mare that has taken time to mature however that has now happened and we are hopeful of putting a few wins on her resume next preparation before she retires to the breeding barn for the 2020 season.
Sound and right of wind and limb, LOCHITA
has had only the one racing preparation which was this time in, where she showed good racing ability.
Lochita returns after her Barrier Trial win
She won a trial at Randwick over 1045m on the 28th June defeating Miss Anabanana and Havana Storm.
Her first race start was at Warwick Farm
on 10th July where she ran
3rd of 7
on a Heavy 8 track to Sharapova 1st and Emergent 2nd.
She had a set back after that race so didn’t go straight back to the track. Instead she had a soft trial at Gosford over 1000m on the 5th August and then trialled again on the 20th August at Randwick where she ran 3rd to Foxborough was 1st and Asiago 2nd over 1030m.
She then returned to the races 8 weeks after her first race start at Newcastle on the 3rd September but finished unplaced over 1300m and was immediately spelled.
LOCHITA had a good preparation,
having won and been placed in Randwick Trials and running 3rd at Warwick Farm on debut.
We believe LOCHITA still has plenty to offer as a racing prospect and being sound and right, with the benefit of a short break now over early spring and having had the experiences of raceday and race starts, LOCHITA is capable of winning races next preparation.
A magnificent looking individual, Gai Waterhouse paid
$280,000
for LOCHITA as a yearling at the Inglis Easter Yearling Sale in 2017.
Prior to that in 2016 LOCHITA had a sibling by Stratum sell to
Gai Waterhouse for $270,000
and her first foal in 2015 by Flying Spur sold for
$150,000
and exported to South Africa.
The 3 siblings from the mare INCHITA are averaging
$233,333
in the salering.
The mare then missed to Not A Single Doubt after Lochita and last year was covered by Vancouver.
Dean Watt Bloodstock secured LOCHITA for $30,000 + GST which represents exceptional value.
LOCHITA has been spelling for 3 weeks and will continue spelling for a little while longer before returning to training.
