Wow – What a buoyant day to start the 2024 Yearling Sales Season, as the Magic Millions Sales kicked-off in amazing fashion with strong sales figures the order of the Opening Session on the Gold Coast.
There were no thoughts of economic gloom as buyers ploughed into the market ensuring significant trading results were achieved by vendors as buyers chased the quality options.
By the close of Day 1, from the 210 Lots catalogued, 18 Withdrawn, 163 Sold and 29 Passed-In supporting a strong clearance rate of 84.9%.
The Sales realised an Average of $281,767 whilst the Median was $210,000.
Team Dynamic had a List of 14 Yearlings on Day 1 to bid upon, and we were successful purchasing three (3) youngsters to add to our team.
We spent $560,000 at an Average of $186,667 with a Min $150k – Max $210k.
By securing the three (3) Lots (2 Colts, 1 Filly) on Day 1, Dynamic Syndications finished the opening session within the Top 10 Buyers by Lots Purchased.
We were naturally disappointed in what we had missed, but that emotion was superseded by the euphoria about the amazing young horses, with Huge Pedigrees we accumulated.
Each is by a Sensational Sire, and each is from a Stakes Class Mare.
