The latest internet and social media craze “
The Ice Bucket Challenge”, is an activity involving dumping a bucket of
ice water on someone's head to promote awareness of the disease
amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and many people who participate do so for the
Motor Neurone Disease Association to encourage donations to research.
This activity went viral on social media during July-August 2014.
The challenge dares nominated participants to be filmed having a bucket of ice water poured on their heads and then nominating others to do the same.
A common stipulation is that nominated participants have
24 hours to comply or forfeit by way of a charitable financial donation.
RULES
Within
24 hours of being challenged, participants have to
record a video of themselves in continuous footage.
First, they are to
announce their acceptance of the challenge followed by
pouring ice into a bucket of water.
Next, the
bucket is to be lifted and poured over the participant's head.
Then, the participant can call out a challenge up to another 3 people.
Whether people choose to donate, perform the challenge, or do both varies.

The video shows
Adam prepares himself and then
stands in a bucket of ice water (the video reveals
clearly audible distressed breathing).
Adam then picks up another bucket of ice water and pours it over his head, before then stepping out of the ice water bucket and picking up that bucket as well, douses himself a second time.
He then proceeds to
“Call Out” Josh Parr, and Dynamic Trainers Paul Snowden and Matty Dunn.
All done for a great cause,
Team Dynamic are proud of Adam accepting the challenge.
Well Done Adam.
