Introducing a truly spectacular RACING Opportunity for DYNAMIC SYNDICATIONS Owners.
Dynamic Syndications purchased two fabulous 3YO Fillies to own and race at the Magic Millions National Sale on 28 May and the first purchased filly Lot 972 we’re now syndicating is a Fabulous 3YO Filly – a LAST START WINNER on 18 May.
This filly we identified and purchased is a genuine Sydney Metropolitan Class racehorse with HUGE Upside.
NO WAITING / LET’S GO RACING ! She is expected to be at the races in approximately 3 weeks.
By A Champion Sire from a Stakes Winning mare (who was also 2nd in the MAGIC MILLIONS), our latest acquisition was a $550,000 Yearling and has raced 13 times and “Weighed-In (placed 1st – 5th) on 10 occasions (77%).
We are proudly syndicating to our Dynamic Owners:

Purchased by Dynamic Syndications / Dean Watt Bloodstock (FBAA) for $100,000 + GST on 28 May 2019 at the Magic Millions Fillies and Mares Sale.
TASK AND PURPOSE Winning at Newcastle
A Last Start Winner at Newcastle on 18 May over 1400m - at her 3rd Run in from spell.
Task And Purpose was a $550,000 Yearling Filly.
That places her in the TOP 10 Fillies by Zoustar ever to sell at the yearling sales and she was the second highest price filly by Zoustar from his first crop yearlings.
She has been sent to Wild Oaks pre-training complex and arrived in the early hours of Wednesday morning and was trotted under saddle this morning.
She will remain in pre-training for the next few days before heading into the GAI WATERHOUSE & ADRIAN BOTT Stables on Monday 3rd June.
No Waiting – Let’s Go Racing !
TASK AND PURPOSE at Warwick Farm
She is Sound / Right / Ready To Race
She’s Got the PEDIGREE – She’s Got the Looks – She’s Got the Residual - She’s Got the Raceform and ….. she will be at the Races in 3 Weeks for Dynamic Syndication!
We loved her as a yearling but didn’t have the big bucks to buy her. However, it’s funny how things work out.
Here we are now owning her for just $100,000 + GST which is only 18% of her yearling price and she now has proven formlines, she’s fully educated and has over $15,000 training fees into her this preparation alone.
Most importantly she is only a Benchmark 60 rated horse so placed to advantage, there are some fantastic racedays ahead.
The formlines around her are impeccable. Stakes Horses she has beaten home include READY TO PROPHET, TELL ME, RIVER BIRD and has form around stakes horses like MIZZY, TAKA, etc, etc.
We intend to race on with TASK AND PURPOSE for as long as she remains competitive and then we will re-offer her through the same broodmare sale where we have just purchased her.
This could be another WITCHES – we paid $60,000 for her and won 2 city races and over $100,000 and we SOLD her yesterday through the same sale for $180,000.
WITCHES winning at Canterbury
TASK AND PURPOSE is from COMBAT KITTY - a Stakes Winning mare whose yearlings have averaged $313,000.
Her first foal named Catmosphere by Stratum was a $140,000 yearling and has won 3 races to date.
Her second foal is Task And Purpose, a $550,000 purchase by David Redvers for Qatar Bloodstock who subsequently divided the filly up amongst the Waller stables biggest owners.
Note: This is the only daughter of COMBAT KITTY.
Her third foal was purchased by Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott for $250,000 and is a 2yo colt by Deep Field named Amiens. The stable has reported that horse is showing them good natural ability and they expect it to be winning city class races.
Sadly, COMBAT KITTY who had been served again by Zoustar died in August 2017.
Therefore, TASK AND PURPOSE is the only female line available from the outstanding COMBAT KITTY.
COMBAT KITTY
COMBAT KITTY was purchased as a yearling by Warwick Farm trainer Matthew Smith.
Summary: 13-2:3:1 Prizemoney: $445,380 Min/Max-Dist-Win: 1000/1400
1st Up: 4:1-0-0 2nd Up: 4:0-1-1 Good: 8:2-1-1 Soft: 5:0-2-0 Heavy: 0:0-0-0
She was a Stakes Winner at Flemington winning the Lexus Hybrid S. LR on Derby Day defeating Mabsam & And Rock.
She ran 2nd in the Magic Millions to Karuta Queen and 2nd by a nose to Hot Snitzel in the Brian Crowley Stakes LR.
After her stakes win COMBAT KITTY went to Sandown for the Twilight Glow Stakes LR but finished 6th 2.35 len from the winner Secret Liaison. She was injured in this race at Sandown and was spelled.
She came back to racing but was never the same, starting 5 times over 2 racing preparations and was unplaced in each event. She was retired and sold privately to Widden Stud and their partners.
Task And Purpose was bred by a partnership of: Widden Stud Australia Pty Ltd, Mystery Downs Trust, Edward Baillie Capital, Werrett Bloodstock Trust, NSW.
Purchased at the Magic Millions by David Redvers as Agent for Qatar Bloodstock, several of her breeders purchased equity back into the filly to race with Qatar Bloodstock. They were Mystery Downs (Frank and Christine Cook), Werrett Bloodstock (Neil Werrett) and they were joined in the ownership by Magic Bloodstock Racing (Peter Tighe) and clients of Widden Stud.
Widden Stud acted as Agent on behalf of these owners for the sale of the Task And Purpose through the auction ring to Dynamic Syndications / Dean Watt Bloodstock (FBAA).

VETERINARY REPORT:
Passed a detailed vet inspection by Dr Greg Nash prior to the sale. A physical examination was conducted including full flexion, stethoscope (heart rhythm), ophthalmological and an endoscopic evaluation plus a Blood Test to check for any anabolic steroids was performed.
As our contracted veterinarian Dr Tim Roberts is also the attending veterinarian to the Chris Waller stables, on this occasion we employed Dr Greg Nash to perform the inspection ensuring to avoid any potential or perceived conflict of interest.
Task And Purpose was passed as sound and right for racing.
After purchase, investigation of the veterinary history of the filly revealed that she has been completely sound throughout her racing career and only standard pre and post-race examinations, vitamins, drenches and worming had occurred and no veterinary notes of any significance had been recorded. It was noted that the filly has a dislike for hard tracks which we have taken aboard.
