Although it’s a horse that’s declared the winner of any given race, many thoroughbreds would not have won without the brilliant craftsmanship of the little men and women on their backs. The horse and jockey have to work as a team to produce the best result and it takes a good rider to establish this relationship. Every day in racing we see jockeys aid certain horses to victory despite looking to have minimal chance either before or during the race. So when we choose our jockey’s, we make sure that you get the best possible rider at all times.
Tommy Berry is a jockey that Dynamic use regularly and this weekend he further proved why. Tommy rode back-to-back Gr1 winners this weekend at Randwick in a phenomenal display of riding. This achievement cements his position as one of the best rider’s in the business! Most jockeys strive for one Gr1 victory in their lifetime so to produce two on the same day is an outstanding achievement.
Tommy Berry is held in high regard at Dynamic
Tommy, who we regard as a friend to all here at Dynamic, is also regarded as one of the hardest working jockeys around. He perfectly rated both Fat Al (Epsom Handicap) and Glencadam Gold (The Metropolitan) to victory. All you can ask from a jockey is to give your horse every possible chance to win which Tommy did. He managed to get every ounce of effort from these two mounts to secure victory much to the personal delight of the team here at Dynamic Syndications.
We congratulate Tommy on his outstanding achievements on Saturday where he also rode another LR winner on the card. His brilliant display of riding further goes to show why Dynamic try to obtain his services at every opportunity.
We congratulate Tommy on his fine work on the weekend
Another rider who is held in high esteem within the Dynamic Syndication organisation is another close friend, Nash Rawiller. Nash is one of Australia’s top hoops getting the most out of his mounts and adding countless victories in the process. This season has been no different for Nash managing to boot home 20 city winners including Red Tracer for Chris Waller in the Gr2 Premiere Stakes on Saturday. Overall he has ridden 32 winners this season at a strike rate of 24.2% with almost $2.5 million worth of prizemoney. Currently he is #1 in the metropolitan jockey title and sits #2 in the country for overall wins.
Nash has had great success with us in the past
Nash has ridden plenty of winners for Dynamic over the years with the most recent victory coming during the Newcastle Cup Carnival where he guided home Savage Blaze to an impressive victory. However the biggest race he has won wearing the Dynamic Logo is the Gr1 Railway Stakes in NZ when he saluted with Atomic Force. Nash flew over from Sydney to partner “Tommy” in both his Gr1 win in the Railway Stakes and a Gr1 placing in the Telegraph Handicap. Nash always puts in his best and with his knowledge, timing and feel when on horseback our chances of success are greatly increased.
We wish the best of luck to Tommy, Nash and all our jockeys who don the Dynamic silks in the quest to win their respective races. Whether we have a maiden having its first start or a dual Gr1 winner racing overseas, we have full faith that our close relationship with these young men results in them putting their best foot forward in an attempt to be successful as possible because they are part of a Dynamic Team.
