Dynamic SONDELON Proves Too Good with ALL THE WAY WIN at ROSEHILL

From the time the gates flung back in Race 7 at ROSEHILL on Wednesday afternoon, until he strolled across the finishing line, Dynamic Syndications promising middle distance prospect SONDELON, our 4yo gelding (by LONHRO x TRISARA) was never headed and never in danger with Adam Hyeronimus in the saddle, posting a 2 length win over Supernova with 0.5 lengths further back to odds-on favourite Kolding whacking away into third.

The Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott trained SONDELON perfectly represented the Gai Waterhouse philosophy of “bone and muscle” fitness and “taking no prisoners” by dictating to the opposition.

SONDELON wins Race 7 the EVENTS BY ATC Benchmark 76 1500m

In what looked a tough race on paper with at least 4 chances, it proved to be a one act affair as jet pilot Adam Hyeronimus went straight to the front and spread the field out over the first 400m, then he rated SONDELON to perfection, reeling off three comfortable 12 seconds mid-race splits, before hitting the go button on the point of the turn.

SONDELON rallied with ease maintaining a 2 length margin all the way up the straight to post a dominant win.

The chasing pack made no impression on SONDELON

To be fair, so he should, as he was coming back from two runs after a spell in Saturday Class Benchmark 78 Grade races, where he was sensational first up after a spell beaten 0.3 lengths as a $3.50 chance then to be fair was a little flat when we backed him up a bit quick in a race where there was a huge amount of tempo on a sticky Warwick Farm surface when starting at $5.50.

However the horse still has to do it and it was confidence building for connections to see SONDELON bowl along then accelerate dominating his opponents and what we considered was a huge $7.00.

Connections have always considered this LONHRO gelding to be up to Black-Type class, so to be back in grade here, third up from a spell, in a race on paper void of speed, SONDELON was well placed and lived up to connections expectations.

Dynamic Syndications purchased SONDELON at the 2016 Magic Millions Yearling Sales for $100,000.

He has taken his career record to now 7 Starts: 3 Wins; 1 Second; 1 Third & Earnings of $92,430.
