Friday 25 October 2019: Tattersalls Newmarket Autumn Horses-in-Training Sale – 1556 Catalogued Lots
Sale Commencing Monday 28th October – Thursday 31st October 2019 (4 Days)
After a decade of closely studying the results obtained by Northern Hemisphere Raced Horses entering Australia that were specific graduates from this sale, our Team at Dynamic Syndications for the second first time, have ventured to England for the Tattersalls Newmarket Autumn Horses-In-Training Sale with a mission statement to purchase several stayers to race in Australia.
We are identifying horses which were bred and trained to run middle distance trips (1600m – 2400m).
Buoyed by the high demand we received for the 2 horses we purchased and syndicated from this sale in 2017 (MUSHAIREB and FOOTMAN) and the success these horses have achieved, we uncovered a hunger amongst our owners to get to the races with horses of proven ability.
MUSHAIREB purchased at the 2017 H-I-T Sale
FOOTMAN purchased atthe 2017 H-I-T Sale
In 2017 both MUSHAIREB and FOOTMAN were syndicated in just 12 hours and whilst there was an appetite from our owners for more such prospects, we capped the purchases at two, as it was as learning curve for us and we didn’t want any unnecessary risks.
We anticipate demand for shares this year will be equally sought after.
Dynamic Syndications had intended returning to last year’s Tattersall’s Sale however that coincided with the drama of losing our office through fire, so the year away has allowed us to build on valuable experiences and we were ready to explore this UK opportunity again.
Armed to the hilt with facts, figures, videos, raceform, Timeform ratings and pedigree ratings along with other vital statistics, we now believe we are primed.

We believe we have identified the right niche to target, to have ongoing success in Australia.
A main factor we have identified in these Northern Hemisphere horses that arrive in Australia is that that price does not in any way represent a recipe of success. Many of the lesser priced horses have had far more success than the higher priced horses.
With the constant fact that staying races in Sydney are often very small fields, running for $100,000 prizemoney on a Saturday and spurred on by seeing fields sometimes as small as 4-5 runners banking these wonderful record prizemoney levels is motivation to get involved.
One obvious stable has been flooding these races with their own European purchases. We believe the time is right to buy proven racehorses that will offer genuine competition and change the landscape of Sydney staying races.
It is a fact that over the past 3 Tattersall’s Autumn Horses-In-Training Sales, graduates have won 55 Stakes Races and been stakes performed on 210 occasions.
Simply, in Australia with the emphasis on speed races and in particular 2yo racing, breeders produce over 85% of the yearling crop each year to this sector and our staying thoroughbreds have suffered.
Also, often a lack of patience shown by trainers and owners wanting instant returns on investment can cause early attrition of our staying stock before they had matured to handle that style of racing.
Being our second visit to this sale which attracts a large buyer’s bench from all around the world, to us is both exciting and a bit daunting.
Dr Tim Roberts is Dynamic Syndications contracted Veterinarian
To offset this, we have a major coup. We have brought along our own veterinarian Dr. Tim Roberts to accompany us and work for Dynamic Syndications at the 2019 sale.
Tim has been the pioneering veterinarian in Australia and the driving force behind the success of these Northern Hemisphere horses coming to Australia.
It was Tim who established the art of bringing these horses to Australia for the big stables.
For more than 10 years Tim has fine-tuned the art of the selection process, ensuring the right style of horse is brought to Australia.
Through more than 10 years of trial and error, the risk factors were identified and those early errors have been eradicated from the selection process of potential candidates.
Therefore – “if you can’t beat ‘em – Join ‘em.” We have the facts and figures and now the expert knowledge to eliminate much of the risk and make this venture a success.
We anticipate that this will become an annual aspect of Dynamic Syndications ongoing business philosophy.
As the sale is fast approaching, Dynamic Syndications Managing Director Dean Watt has flown to Newmarket to join up with Adam Watt and Dr Tim Roberts to commence the necessary groundwork.
We are committed to adding quality horses to our Team, allowing us to compete on a level playing field in the big money Sydney and Melbourne middle distance (1600m – 2400m) / staying events. We are hopeful to secure several horses with the view to reduce risk and maximise opportunity and prizemoney returns.
This philosophy gives our owners a significantly increased prospect of achieving success across a variety of horses. Importantly, statistically our owners can enjoy more racing and more winners.
Having already spoken with numerous owners about this concept, we are of the opinion demand for shares will be significant. To ensure as many of our owners can be accommodated, we are requesting expressions of interest in advance of the sale, to help Team Dynamic identify and deliver upon our owners’ interests.
To be part of our inner sanctum and be granted access to our instant sale day live updates from Newmarket please call Peter in our office number 02 9540 1511 or email adam@dynamicsyndications.com.au or text Adam on 0409 464 378 and let our boys register your interest before the sale kicks off.
Registered owners will be kept up to date on what we have identified at the sale and associated plans and receive the latest up to the minute information from us directly from the sales grounds.
Our owners with registered interest will be the first to hear about our purchases and the co-ownerships opportunities we are establishing live from Newmarket.
As always, we look after our owners as VIP’s however with these Northern Hemisphere horses where we anticipate demand could easily outstrips supply, so it will strictly be first in – first served.
We look forward to hearing from you.
