Dynamic Syndications welcome Trent Cearns as a Member of our Team

Responding to the demands of growth within our business and ensuring DYNAMIC SYNDICATIONS continues to be at the forefront in the thoroughbred industry of Owner Services, we take this opportunity to introduce TRENT CEARNS who has joined Dynamic Syndications in the role of Client Liaison Officer & Assistant Racing Administrator.

Trent has an excellent resume to meet the demands of our multi-focal role.

Trent joins us with a passion to develop his knowledge of the thoroughbred industry.

He has most recently been at the Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott stables where he joined their team to advance his knowledge by working with horses.

Trent has been well educated to the requirements and demands of a leading racing stable, having done the hard yards when experiencing the early morning starts required when working as a strapper and then, Trent would join the Waterhouse & Bott office staff, assisting their team with owner communications.

Prior to working with Waterhouse & Bott stables, Trent gained valuable skills working for leading bookmaker and punter Sean Bartholomew’s Venture Equus.

Trent commenced as a Video and Form analyst and within a short period, rose to Australian Division Team Leader.

However not wanting to restrict his knowledge of the industry to just the punting aspects, Trent felt it was important to advance his skillset by working hands-on with horses.

Trent has a genuine interest in mathematics and IT.

He gained his Bachelor Degree in Business and Commerce as well as advancing his skills in multimedia, website design and development.

Dynamic Syndications believes that Trent will value add to our business and our owners overall racing experiences.
