At Awapuni in New Zealand, Waikato Stud's Cox Plate-winning four-time champion sire Savabeel (Zabeel-Savannah Success, by Success Express) added Group success when 3YO colt The Chosen One (Savabeel-The Glitzy One, by Flying Spur) finished strongly for trainers Baker & Forsman in the $70,000 Gr3 Manawatu Classic (2000m) for 3YOs, defeating Spring Delight & Blue On Black. Never too far back in the run, well-fancied
The Chosen One closed steadily to assume command 50 metres out after favoured Spring Delight had wrested control earlier in the straight from pace-maker Blue On Black who stuck on well to earn a place cheque. Unplaced in his last start in the Gr1 New Zealand Derby, The Chosen One clearly relished the drop back in class.
Passed in for $150,000 as a yearling by Phoenix Park at the 2017 NZB National Yearling Sales Series, The Chosen One improved his record to 3 wins (including the Listed Zacinto Stakes) and 2 placings from 9 starts for $112,500 in earnings.

Owners and Followers of Dynamic Syndications would be aware that at the 2019 NZ Bloodstock Premier Sale held at Karaka, Dynamic Syndications purchased a super yearling by Champion Sire SAVABEEL from Gr3 Winning mare LADY CHAPARRAL for $190,000 + GST.
As they say: “Timing is Everything!”
Offered by NZ’s leading thoroughbred nursery WAIKATO STUD, our colt is flawless and in light of what has transpired at the recent Hong Kong International Sale, our colt would now be recognised as one of the "Brilliant Buys" of 2019.
The Full-Brother sold as a Ready-To-Run 2yo Colt for NZD $500,000 and now the 3YO gelding 1/2 brother by a lesser sire just sold for NZD $688,500 – then what’s the true value of our colt since he is both a Yearling and he's still a Colt?
The answer is significantly more now, than the $190,000 + GST we purchased our colt for!
Here is the link to the webpages of our SAVABEEL x LADY CHAPARRAL Colt which is online in our Upcoming Syndications section.

He is an absolute Adonis – A Big, Strong, Masculine Colt that is special on the eye.
100% Clean on X-Rays and Endoscopic evaluation, with flawless conformation and bred on a brilliant A+++ proven cross, he’s by the BEST STALLION in NZ & our colt’s from a Top Class Racemare who herself is a half-sister to a Champion.
This colt we purchase was deliberately selected to aim at the 3YO Classic Races such as the Guineas and Derbies and then onto the Cups and the Plate as an older horse.
