It is with much pleasure that Team Dynamic Welcome Back Adam Watt after seven (7) months away on a life changing European sojourn.
Adam rejoins the team concentrating on Sales, Marketing and specifically Social Media and New Business Development, a role he excelled in before grabbing his backpack and jumping a plane to explore Europe for 6 months and then, returning to Australia in time for the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
Adam's return allows fellow team member Jay Mathieson to free up his valuable man hours to assist Peter Wagstaff with growing Client Liaison requirements and most importantly, further develop our media and marketing strategies, especially Dynamic TV, further website development and Dynamic News stories whilst also supporting Adam in Sales inquiries.
Adam returns refreshed and relaxed having had five weeks back home, recharging his batteries and working on his golf swing.
Adam has some exciting new business concepts that he is keen to develop for our Dynamic clients. These will benefit all our clients and we intend to pursue these over the next 6 months. Adam will also spend time on the road developing business opportunities as well as stable visits checking on our horses.
Adam's experience is invaluable to our team. In addition to earning his degree in Sports Marketing and Management which was specific to our business, Adam has grown up gaining valuable hands on experience as Dean's shadow then assistant, at race meetings and yearling sales and has worked in racing stables and did an internship with the Magic Millions. Thoroughbreds are in Adam's DNA. He has seen and knows the importance of hard work and attention to detail required and the results that come with those efforts.
His work and experience as a racing manger, determining race programmes and jockey engagements is without peer. Most importantly, he has the respect of all Leading Trainers, Jockey's, their Managers, our Suppliers and Racing Administrators, as well as his peers within the thoroughbred industry. Doors are always open for Adam. In a family business, this is irreplaceable.
During his time away, Adam certainly enjoyed his travels. He landed on the soil of 22 countries. Just some of the highlights of his trip (that we were allowed to know about that is !) include: Coolmore Stud Ireland, Royal Ascot, London Olympics, a Round of Golf on the Old Course at St Andrews, Running with the Bulls in Pamplona, Partying in Ibiza, Following the Tour de France, Battlefields of Gallipoli, Oktoberfest in Germany, Guinness Factory in Dublin, Millennium Stadium Cardiff, 3 weeks in Greek Isles, Mark Webber’s Formula 1 Grand Prix win in Monaco; along with visiting Paris, Rome, Venice, Athens, Amsterdam, Norway, Swiss Alps, Scotland, Wales, Spain, Istanbul, Prague, Belgium, Poland, etc., etc., etc.
