I AM ME Heading to Perth to Represent SPORTSBET in $5m QUOKKA

Owners of I AM ME are delighted to confirm their mighty mare has been chosen by SPORTSBET to represent their slot in the $5m THE QUOKKA, to be run at Ascot Racecourse in Perth on Saturday, 26 April, 2025. This Special Conditions slot-race is officially the richest race held in Western Australia and is run over a 1200m at weight-for-age. It is currently the fifth richest thoroughbred race in Australia.

The Quokka field features 14 hopefuls selected by slot-holders who purchased a spot in the event.

The deal was negotiated on behalf of the Owners by Adam Watt at Dynamic Syndications and the Team at SPORTSBET.

To represent both parties in the relationship, and to acknowledge the importance of the QUOKKA as a race that has captured the attention of racing participants Australia wide, I AM ME will be registering a specially designed set of Racing Silks commissioned for the event featuring a QUOKKA caricature.

Naturally, Dynamic Syndications and our co-ownership team are extremely proud of our mares’ achievements under the wonderful training, horse husbandry and expert care of Australia’s Number 1 Stable -
Ciaron Maher Racing.

From 27 starts, I AM ME has an impeccable record of 11 Wins and 6 placings, with current earnings at $4,701,100.

I AM ME winning the $2m Sydney S., Gr3 1200m

Five of her eleven wins to date have been in Stakes Races.

I AM ME will next head into the T.J. Smith 1200m Gr1 (Tim Clark) on the 5th April as her lead-up to THE QUOKKA.

I AM ME holds victories in the Gr2 Missile S., (1200m) at Rosehill alongside winning the $2m Sydney S., Gr3 (1200m) at Randwick. I AM ME is also the current track-record holder at Canterbury over 1200m winning the Canterbury Sprint LR. She is also the winner of Gr3 The Concorde over 1000m and Gr2 The Shorts over 1100m both at Randwick. Whilst she is also a 5-time Gr1 performer finishing runner-up in the Gr1 Manikato (1200m) at Moonee Valley and Gr1 Rupert Clarke at Caulfield (1400m), 3rd in the Gr1 William Reid at Moonee Valley; 4th Gr1 Sangster (1200m) and Gr1 Goodwood (1200m) both at Morphettville.

Dynamic Syndications have been honoured that industry leading corporate bookmaker SPORTSBET have selected I AM ME to represent them among worthy peers.

I AM ME has come through her unlucky last start third in the Challenge Stakes Gr2, (1000m) extremely well and will arrive at The QUOKKA fourth-up in her preparation.

In the previous Spring, I AM ME won The Concorde and The Shorts, being the first two legs of the SPORTSBET Sydney Sprint Series where she ultimately finished third, picking up a $250,000 bonus.

I AM ME has allowed her Dynamic co-ownership team to “live the dream” of racehorse ownership.

Now, courtesy of SPORTSBET and their belief they have shown in our mare, I AM ME will take her owners and the slot holder on a journey across the Nullarbor as she seeks to enhance her reputation further.
