The word is now out among several of our owners, so it’s important that we share with all our owners and followers that we are extremely keen on our 2yo filly by exciting First Crop Sire TOO DARN HOT (GB) from the beautifully bred mare PHENETIC (GB) (by Zamindar).
This fantastic filly is in the care of leading trainers
RICHARD & WILL FREEDMAN at Rosehill.
Firstly, and if nothing else, she is a must just on the way she has broken-in for Shane Rose. She is like a Ferrari, sleek and quick.
Secondly, and vitally important, is the fact that her Darley Stud based Sire TOO DARN HOT (GB) is a tremendously bred Gr1 winning son of Champion Sire – Dubawi. TOO DARN HOT was Champion 2yo and Champion 3yo in Europe and has hit the ground running as a sire with his first crop in the Northern Hemisphere.
STOP PRESS: MAJOR NEW UPDATE over the past 24 Hours ~
TOO DARN HOT claims "BEST EVER" First Crop Sire at this stage of the season in the Northern Hemisphere after he has just sired his 4th Group Winner!
Well, these stats keep improving, overnight he had the quinella in a Gr3 event at Newmarket when his promising colts Alyanaabi and Boiling Point filled the top two spots in the Group 3 Tattersalls Stakes (7f).
When Alyanaabi was eventually able to get into clear running, the colt hit the line hard to catch Boiling Point when the camera flashed, to win by a short head with a couple of lengths back to the next horse.
Alyanaabi is the fourth stakes-winner among 19 first crop winners for Too Darn Hot and all of them are Group Winners headed by his Group 1 winning filly Fallen Angel.
Champion juvenile Too Darn Hot registered another new winner in his fledgling stallion when his daughter Let's Roll won at 1950m.
He has now had 49 Runners to date: 19 Winners + 14 Placegetters and 4 Stakes Winners & 2 Stakes Placed Horses!

Third, our Filly’s Dam PHENETIC (GB) only raced once, Winning in France over 1800m.
Fourth, it’s all in these genetics that we can see our filly’s huge potential.
DUBAWI and his sons over daughters of ZAMINDAR. There have only been 10 horses bred on this cross that have raced. 8 are Winners (80%) whilst 2 are Gr1 Winners whilst another is stakes-placed. Simply they don’t come better than this genetic cross for producing success.
Fifth and of significant interest to our team, we are getting the inside mail about the extremely promising 3yo half-sister to our filly named TIETAR (Almanzor ex Phenetic) trained by Mick Price and Mick Kent Jnr. According to her trainers, the potential programme for TIETAR is: the Edward Manifold 1600m Gr2, Ethereal Stakes Gr3 2000m, Wakeful Stakes Gr 2000m, VRC Oaks Gr1 2500m.
Just imagine how much value TIETAR could add to our own filly’s pedigree over the next few weeks if she could earn black type in any or all of these events.
Seeing is Believing! So see for yourself by watching this video:

Finally, with all this information available, her share price is incredible value at only $9,995 inc GST and includes all costs to 1st November.
For all these reasons outlined you can conclude why there is just 2 x 5% Shares to go before the co-ownership is complete.
Don’t Miss Out if you hold dreams of owning a filly bred to be targeting the classic races as a 3yo.
