Dynamic Syndications purchased four (4) UK Racehorses at the recent Tattersalls Horses-In-Training Sale in Newmarket (England) on the 28th and 29th October to bring home to Australia and aim at the rich middle-distance races available here.
We went to England with the philosophy “if you can’t beat them – buy them” and that’s exactly what we did, when purchasing four (4) exciting and already well performed, off the track racehorses and in the process, becoming the biggest Australian buyer at the sale by numbers and second biggest buyer by total spend.
We purchased:
EUROPEAN IMPORTS from Dynamic Syndications on Vimeo.
RECONDITE (IRE), GREEK HERO (GB), INVASION DAY (IRE) and SAINT OF KATOWICE (IRE).
Currently in quarantine in the UK, these 4 boys board a plane on 28 November and fly “first class” to Australia, arriving in Melbourne on the 30th November where they will do a further 2 weeks quarantine before being released to us on 15 December.
Over the past weeks, followers of Dynamic Syndications would be aware that we have been offering these four (4) horses For Sale through promotions we had registered with Racing NSW. Information about our purchases has been available on our website along with notifications in the Best Bets and on Sky Racing and Radio.
A snapshot of the progress of these promotions as at 26 November is that three (3) of these four (4) horses are officially SOLD OUT and we are now 65% SOLD in our fourth and final promotion.
That’s 73 of the 80 x 5% Shares are gone, so just 7 opportunities remaining to be involved.
GREEK HERO (GB) with Richard Freedman, INVASION DAY (IRE) with Gai & Adrian and SAINT OF KATOWICE (IRE) with Ciaron Maher and David Eustace are all now SOLD OUT.
RECONDITE (IRE) 3yo g. Acclamation(GB) x Aquarius Star (IRE) by Danehill Dancer (IRE)
RECONDITE (IRE) with Richard Freedman is now at 65% SOLD with 5% Shares at $8,850 inc GST and ALL COSTS to 31/1/20.
An ultra-impressive looking individual with excellent racing formlines, brilliant to the eye on his past race videos and clean of wind and limb, the most exciting aspect of this 3yo gelding in the Northern Hemisphere (4yo gelding in Australia) is how good he is as a racehorse and he still has all his easy races in front of him !
As followers of Dynamic Syndications are aware – Our business philosophy is “RACE THE BEST WITH THE BEST” and that’s what we believe we have purchased with this incredible individual.
He’s had only 6 race starts: All this one and only preparation and importantly for us and what made us extremely interested in buying him was the fact he is a MAIDEN.
He has recorded a 6th, 6th, 4th, 4th, 2nd, 2nd
He likes good to firm tracks – important in Australia!
His first 2 starts: On debut, he ran 6th of 10 (1400m) and then a 6th of 13 (1600m) on both occasions appeared foundation fitness / experience (education) race starts.
Then when appearing more committed to the task, he ran 4th of 10 (1600m) in very fast time of 1:34.80 on a good track.
Then went to 1650m and ran 4th of 8 but didn’t handle the shifting – boggy track surface on that day. He recorded a Timeform Rating of 67+
Back on top of the ground at 1650m at his fifth start, they went 3.43 secs quicker (approximately 24 lengths) than his previous race and he tried his heart out all the way down the straight in a two-horse war, to just miss out by 0.2 length with daylight back to third. His Timeform Rating skyrocketed on the back of this run and with the quality raceform around his peers, he recorded a Timeform Rating of 83+ which is genuine city class here in Australia.
RECONDITE (IRE) Pink Cap (in the middle) gets through too late to miss out by 0.2 len to outside horse
Then at his 6th and final run before the sale, he was a certainty beaten when he had zero luck in running, especially the last 100m, that saw him go down again by just 0.2 lengths (again) when held up and buffeted by his stablemate. His Timeform Rating jumped again, and he finished his preparation on a career high of 86+ which has him sitting on the edge of Saturday class here in Sydney and he is still a Maiden with all his easy grade races in front of him.
Imagine him banking cheques in a Maiden, and then a Class 1, then a Benchmark 65, then a Benchmark 70 before even reaching Saturday class here, where we race for $58,000 to the winner!
Because he has his easy classes ahead of him and he rates so high, and he is such a good-type with a top-pedigree and he is clean on our stringent vetting protocols, RECONDITE (IRE) as a young horse with so much upside, is sensational value at only $8,850 per 5% share.
Bred to be a quality athlete by a terrific UK based sire in Acclamation (GB) from a Danehill Dancer (IRE) mare, he is a 1/2 brother to a French Gr3 placed Lonhro filly. He has a pedigree rating score of A+ 573%.
Owned by Mr K Abdullah who owns the huge English Stud - Juddemont Farm, the home of Frankle, Juddemont Farm offer for genuine disbursal all their racing stock that are not breeding prospects at the end of their 3yo season in the UK.
They are offered for unreserved sale and the stud produces the full veterinary history of each horse being sold, so perspective buyers can review and make informed determinations.
Juddemont Farm had 38 horses catalogued for the sale and RECONDITE (IRE) was the 2nd of these catalogued lots to be offered and he was knocked down to us for 45,000 Guineas. A Guinea is worth 1.05 Pound Sterling which equalled $94,302 AUD.
When you watch his last two starts, know his pedigree, know his conformation, know he has vetted sound, know he has displayed above average ability which you can see for yourself, know he has the easy prizemoney to bank still ahead of him, know he was offered for genuine sale by one of the biggest studs in Europe and know he is exceptional value, you can see why we purchased him and why we invite you to race him with us.
“Let your eyes be your judge and your pockets be your guide” see for yourself why he was the type of horse we wanted to bring here to Australia.

BELOW : RECONDITE (IRE) being SOLD through the Salering - Note its quite an unusual process to how our auctioneers sell at auction in Australia.
Note that the horse was purchased for 45,000 guineas however the video recording fades out on a bid of 40,000. That was countered at 42,000 guineas which we countered again at 45,000 guineas to secure him.
