Currently we have SOLD 99% of this colt.
We have available one (1) only x 1% Share in this spectacular individual which is now being re-offered.
The colt was SOLD OUT on the 5th December but then on the Thursday the 6th December, we discovered a new Owner to Dynamic who had purchased a 5% couldn’t settle in the allotted time.
We immediately cancelled that sale.
Therefore on the 6th December we re-offered FOR SALE this one 5% share to the market.
The share price for the 5% was $13,700.
HOWEVER – during the syndication process, we had several owners who advised us that they would love to be involved in the ownership of him but as they already have shares in other Dynamic horses he was a little above their budgets.
(A) Since it’s the final share, (B) because it’s a re-offer (C) it’s the Christmas Season, and (D) as we receive requests from several owners, we were happy to divide this share into:
5 x 1% Shares at $2,740 per share / ongoing costs average $2.00 per day (*conditions apply).
We have SOLD 4 of these 1% Shares ~ so we have just 1 x 1% Share remaining ! (as at 8:00pm Friday 7/12).
