1st Belle du Sud (NZ) 54kg, 2nd Only Tiger (NZ) 57.5kg 1:36.76 (600m 36.07), 3.5L, 8th@800m, 7th@400m, $12/$13/$14/$15
2nd Race Start =
Notes: Apprentice M McGillivray got too far back in last spot and then surprisingly took off far too early. He started to hunt along from 750m 3-4 deep around the circle, into the home turn and was widest into straight. Kept fighting right to the line but the hard run told since he was only 2nd up and out to 1600m. To be beaten 3 lens from 2nd this was far better than all others despite a torrid run.
Winner Belle du Sud has since run 2nd at Rosehill to Dawn Wall.
2nd Only Tiger went for a spell.
4th Hancock was 2nd at his next start

7th of 9 WYNG 12Feb17 1600m Good4 MDN $30,000 ($400) Brenton Avdulla 57kg Barrier 9
1st Dark Secret (NZ) 54kg, 2nd Shock Alert (NZ) 56.5kg 1:37.67 (600m 34.78), 5.2L, 7th@800m, 6th@400m, $8/$8.50/$9/$10
3rd Race Start =
Notes: Track was too hard here in middle of summer and he pulled up shinsore. Connections wanted to be closer to speed but sting in track had the horse settle 6 lengths off the leaders. Brenton Avdulla gave him easy time final furlong when not a winning hope and that most likely cost 4th place. Immediately spelled due to shinsoreness.

1st Plaisir 58kg, 2nd Boston Light 55kg 1:11.64 (600m 34.72), 6.03L, 5th@800m, 5th@400m, $4.60/$5/$5.50/$6
First Up: 4th Race 1200m Newcastle 27 May. Resumed over 1200m
Notes: Wears NJC Club Colours = White - Red Sleeves
Good effort over unsuitable short trip. Found sprinters too slick here as expected. Was holding ground but was chopped out and lost all hope when caught between runners He was racing tight and got onto heels of horse in front of him (had nowhere to go) at 220m. Rider Jeff Penza kind on horse and eased down final furlong knowing horse couldn’t win after losing all his momentum at vital stage.
Summary: Wants a trip and needs blinkers could help.

PEDIGREE

VETERINARY
This horse passed a pre-sale veterinary inspection and a post-sale endoscopic evaluation.
Our veterinarian was also able to view the FULL VETERINARY HISTORY FILE on this horse and our vet was satisfied this horse has not suffered previous injury or illness to prevent him reaching his racing potential.
OVERVIEW
The benefit we saw in this horse was that he has always shown a desire to get to a mile and further. In all his trials and in his races, he jumps and gets back and then runs on.
Brad Widdup has expressed the opinion this horse has the ability and once we get to a mile and further, he is certainly good enough to win his fair share of races in country / provincial class.
The big benefit he is BOBS and BOBS Extra eligible.
With country class races now worth so much more and with BOBS added in, we are running for $16,200 to the winner in the bush and with BOBS at the provincials, we are at $21,800.
We are being realistic, we are not shooting for the stars with his racing grades in the early stages but this horse could win his fair share of races.
Being placed to advantage, he could be able to bank plenty of prizemoney in the process and with confidence and maturity, who knows how far this horse may take us.
CHILCOTIN has already displayed a terrific run at 1600m at Kembla and after a spell has come back in excellent order.
At this price point, if you want to own a horse to go to the races in the next few weeks, have fun and be more than competitive as well as being capable of banking cheques and earning BOBS Bonuses (if things go well), this horse deserves your attention.
Adam Watt ~ Brad Widdup ~ Dean Watt
Naturally, we would not have purchased the horse if we thought he was limited. Further Brad Widdup certainly wouldn’t want him in the stables. Our viewpoint is there are wins in store with CHILCOTIN and with his maiden still available, that’s a huge earning advantage.
5% Shares are only $1,465.00 inc GST and ALL costs to 30 June 2017.
Total ongoing Holding / Training / Managements costs averages out to approximately $2,500 per 5% per year – that’s $210 per month which equates to just to $6.85 per day.
This is a whole lot of horse for a minimal outlay.
Contact ADAM WATT today on 02 9587 1511 or 0409 464 378.
This opportunity can never be repeated.
We are utilising Brad Widdup’s “inside knowledge of the Godolphin horses” to maximum effect.
Brad (2nd from left) was part of the Godolphin inner sanctum.
Brad identified 5 horses in the Godolphin dispersal at the Magic Millions that were sound and right to go and have the ability to give their new owners a shout and a cheer.
We purchased 4 of these 5 and CHILCOTON is 1 of these 4.
