Nash Rawiller Set for a Dynamic Return at Kembla Grange
Nash Rawiller Set for a Dynamic Return at Kembla Grange

Jockey Nash Rawiller
is set to reignite his career, kicking off aboard
3
Dynamic Syndications runners
on his first day back at Kembla Grange on Thursday.
NASH RAWILLER is set for a Dynamic return to the saddle
Teaming up with Dynamic Syndications, Nash has been booked to ride
3
of our Dynamic Syndications horses, each with a different stable.
ESCAPED at the recent Randwick trials with Nash aboard
Nash is booked to ride
2yo ESCAPED
which is resuming off two super trials in the 1000m - 2yo maiden plate for the
Waterhouse / Bott stable.
DECROUX
Nash is also booked to be aboard
DECROUX
for the
Jason Deamer stable
in the Benchmark 64 - 2000m.
Decroux
(a benchmark 64 rated horse) finally gets out to a trip we believe he’s been looking for, off a strong 4th in Saturday grade at Randwick last start, off three 2nd placings in a row at his previous races.
ALONEINABAA
Rounding out the trio is
ALONEINABAA
(a benchmark 60 rated 3yo) who will contest the Class 1 - 1000m for
Richard and Michael Freedman.
ALONEINABAA
(Lonhro x Imananabaa) is raced in co-ownership with Newgate Farm.
He resumed from a spell with a super win over 900m and has now raced 3 times for a win, a third and a fifth. A speed horse, he had to do it the tough way when things went awry at Newcastle after he missed the start a length, was caught in traffic and had to push to be wide in the straight but still plucked victory from the jaws of defeat.
Dynamic Syndications enjoyed good success with Nash riding for us
prior to his decision to head to Hong Kong to try his luck.
Nash returns aboard ATOMIC FORCE after winning the
NZ Railway Gr1 Win
Amongst that success was a win in the Gr1 NZ Railway Hcp where he piloted
ATOMIC FORCE
.
As soon as he returned to Sydney, Nash linked up again with Gai and Adrian riding trackwork and trials where
Dynamic Syndications
have a lot of horses in work and trailing.
Nash has been sidelined by a 15-month disqualification for tipping horses he rode in Hong Kong.
After originally deciding to resume his career in Victoria where his extended family live, and his son Campbell has been accepted to the Victorian Apprentices Academy, Nash has decided he will make Sydney home after spending the past few weeks riding trackwork and trials in NSW.
Nash told Sky Sports Radio, "I did plan to base myself in Melbourne. I've had the luxury of living down there for the last eight months.
"I came up here and started riding work. The response I've had since I've been here has been unbelievable - from owners I've ridden for over the years.
"My family is happy to kick off up here."
Nash will return to riding at Kembla Grange on Thursday 25 July. He says he is as fit as he can be and walking around at 57kg.
"I'm not putting too much pressure on myself early," he said.
"The first week was really tough but since then, I've been working hard and riding trackwork and trials as much as I can. I've come a long way."
When Nash was outed, his plans to come back to Australia were thwarted when he was detained at the Hong Kong airport.
He was stranded in Hong Kong without his passport and no idea whether their ICAC was going to charge him.
"They investigated me for the next five months and I was held there with my passport taken off me and just had to let it play out.
"I knew what I had done and knew I probably shouldn't have been in the position I was in but it had to go through the process.
"I kept confident the whole way through that everything would be OK.
"They were still very trying times obviously.
"It was the unknown of not really knowing of where it would all end up.
"I think the positives out of all of it are my family has never been as close.
"I've never had as much respect for my best friends and mates and close family friends and it's probably made me a better person."
A three-time Sydney premiership winner, Nash Rawiller has won Group One races in Australia, New Zealand, Dubai and Hong Kong.
