Khuskhas scored an impressive victory at Yarmouth to become the latest “winner” for the Champion racehorse now exciting young sire.
First-crop sire PALACE PIER added his fifth winner to his tally when Khuskhas landed a competitive maiden over six furlongs on just her second start at Yarmouth on Friday, 27 June.
PALACE PIER – Europe’s Leading First Crop Sire by Strike Rate!
The young sire is off to a flying start which has owners of progeny from his one crop in Australia excitedly waiting for his progeny to hit the racetrack.
Khuskhas was awkwardly away and settled midfield having to wait patiently for a clear run, and when it appeared, Khuskhas showed a great turn of foot to come clear and win going away by a length at the line.
Khuskhas is out of the unraced Dansili mare Papaver, a half-sister to Gr1 Irish Derby and Gr1 Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud winner Westover and Gr3 winner Monarchs Glen.

PALACE PIER - a World Champion miler, of champion sire Kingman, has now registered five winners and 4 placegetters in Europe and Great Britain and Ireland.
The hugely gifted World Champion miler whose five G1 wins include the St James’s Palace and Queen Anne, and back-to-back runnings of the Jacques Le Marois. Palace Pier was unbeaten at two, including winning the G1 Lockinge, where he defeated Pinatubo, Alcohol Free, Persian King and many more elite race winners.
He's already sired five winners – and is off the mark as a sire even earlier than his own sire Kingman.
Of the 12 First Crop Sires with 10 or more runners, PALACE PIER leads the way with the Best strike rate compared to all other first crop sires in the Top Dozen.
The leading four are Palace Pier, Starman, A’Ali, Nando Parrado.

The Darley based young sire was shuttled for only one season to Australia where he covered a book of 97 mares in 2022 at a Service Fee of $55,000 and that crop produced just 66 live foals. They are current yearlings in Australia.
His most recent victor Khuskhas on 27 June joins debutant daughter ROYAL FIXATION (ex Fixette by Kodiac) who won on the 17-Jun-25 at Thirsk where it won the Join Bresbet EBF Fillies' Novice Stakes, a Novice event over 6 furlongs (1200m).
PALACE PIER was a true champion racehorse however most bloodstock experts had them being more 3yo types at a mile rather than precocious early coming 2yo types, but they are pleasantly surprising as natural running, athletic types and are making big statements.
It was only on Monday the 16th June we were reporting that the sire was off to a flyer with 3 winners from 7 runners in Great Britain.
Now he is 5 from 15 runners, this sire has flashing lights on him.

SIRIUS A = THIRD WINNER - 1408m

SIRIUS A winning at Leicester
World Champion miler Palace Pier sired another new winner when his son Sirius A stepped up from a promising debut to win the 7f (1408m) Maiden Stakes at Leicester on Saturday, 14 June.
Positioned handily, Sirius A travelled strongly into the contest and always looked the winner when hitting the front two furlongs from home. The colt stayed on well to win by a length.
Sirius A is the seventh foal out of Stakes-winning Sea The Stars mare Night Of Light
PALACE PIER has made an exciting start to his career at stud, with three winners already on the board. Godolphin homebred Morris Dancer was the first of his winners when he struck at Haydock Park, followed by A Bit Of Spirit winning on debut at Newbury just days ago.
A BIT OF SPIRIT = SECOND WINNER - 1308m

A BIT OF SPIRIT (outside) yellow and navy
World Champion miler Palace Pier added his second winner to his record when his son A Bit Of Spirit showed an excellent attitude to win a competitive novice over 1308m at Newbury on Thursday, 12th June.
Showing great early speed, A Bit Of Spirit travelled strongly at the head of the field and when challenged by Godolphin’s Time To Turn, who already had the benefit of a run, he showed a greater attitude to hang on in the final strides. The pair pulled well clear of the field, with five lengths back to the third.
He is the first foal out of Dubawi mare Tanaaghom and comes from the family of G1 July Cup winner Elnadim, and G1 Irish 1,000 Guineas winner Mehthaaf.
MORRIS DANCER = FIRST WINNER - 1442m

MORRIS DANCER
Palace Pier sired his first winner as Morris Dancer victorious over an extended seven furlongs at Haydock.
Palace Pier has now sired his first winner and has achieved that feat faster than even his own sire Kingman. The boom young sire opened his winner’s account on Friday, 30 May when his two-year-old son Morris Dancer ran out an easy winner of the 1442m novice at Haydock Park.
The colt settled in midfield, before making his move 400m from home. He quickened impressively, coming down the centre of the track with a sustained effort to take the lead inside the final 200m and win by a length and a quarter.
A Godolphin homebred, Morris Dancer is out of the winning Dubawi mare Menuetto, herself a daughter of Stakes winner Measured Tempo. They are from the family of French Derby victor Anabaa Blue.
DYNAMIC SYNDICATIONS purchased a cracker of a colt by Godolphin's boom first crop sire so naturally we are delighted to see the stallion churning out the winners so early in the Northern Hemisphere season.
The colt we purchased was from the Magic Millions and has broken in superbly and we are really excited about his racing future.
